    Dark Consumption can be skipped if you like with miracles and Numia a lot easier to skip it. If you do do not slot it way up

    Since you have Dark regeneration I would focus Siphon Life on acc, dam and rech and health last it will be used more as a top of power

    If you run COF but do not want to use TOF it is not a big deal it is nice for taking out bosses in a fight some what but me I hate attacks that have no damage and the best mitigation is a dead mob. That is me but it can be effective.

    I would also work on trying to get your s/l defense to 45% are close to it if you plan to invest IO's in the build

    KB Hole was mentioned Dark regen slotted up is a sweet heal I have mines on my spines does 738 HP a target acc/heal IO's go well in that power

    Yep Fireball if you don't want too spend two powers for it; go Ball of Lighting only need to take 1 power to get it

    I love the sweep combo it is the only combo I ever used on my DB/elec I started with the attack vitals combo but I hate Vengeful slice.

    1k Cuts 3.3 seconds is not that bad because it is so easy to get 3-5 mobs in that cone no worse than some of the other aoe attacks

    Yes I asked because it is expensive and I am not sure how much it will help it be better if you could have put it in Charge brawl but you can not so JL is an option. You could just add a extra damage proc so you have two damage procs in CB and JL so you have options that may help boost your damage enough.

    I was looking at my build today what chain are you using for elec

    Back in the early elec conversion Broken Prey came up with the best dps chain

    Chain Induction/Charge Brawl/Jacob's Ladder/Charge Brawl (this gives you about 130-150 dps)

    So if you go with this chain and two purple sets Hetacomb and adding a second proc in the attack and in JL going with Armageddon and adding the -res debuff proc or another dmg proc (on the 6th slot) would you get enough dps

I used SM on my db/elec when i played him it works great if used properly it has a long animation kick it off when you are about to run into a large mob group or if you just used your heal and taking tons of damage heal kick SM start killing things gives you a boost for a short spurt to be able to whittle down the bad guys and give your heal time to recycle.

    Worked great when I used it like I would mog on a regen
  8. I find the set lacking some what when I had it IO out to about 20% to everything it just did compare to /da or other sets. I enjoyed the ride alot on my db/ele I just found it not as robust end game. maybe I should go back and rebuild him with focusing on s/l defense as high as possible

    As far as I know the damage for all the single target attacks for Scrapper version of the Stalkers APP's are incorrect in MIDS

    Since I soloed a pylon fully saturated and cranked out 230dps with out breaking a sweat and that was not even my best build. I took at Infernal with my fire/sd and he has 50% fire resistance no insp no temps. I took out Nightstar, Chimeroa, Battle maiden, Marauder and several others I am not listing.

    Now it take a significant investment to get to the level and aidself makes a world of difference in the AV fighting realm. Heck my aidself usage has gone down since inherent stamina and health because I was able to get my regen rate into the 20's
  11. Well I started an elec/inv scrapper if I get to 50 and get my IO plan completed I try to solo the av and let you know

  15. You could move slots around like this

    Just a few things i added 5% global recharge also you should put the purple set to Fire Circle sword over shield charge. You will get more mileage out of the 33% chance to proc and save endurance you will use Fsc way more than SC you are maximizing the chance for fire proc and not hurting SC at all. IF you do not have to have Super Jump and just use sprint and ninja run you can add grant cover to get you some extra defense debuff resistance for those groups where it is handy left a slot in getting you extra resistance and end in deflection you could move it down to AD and slot another hami for more debuff resistance

    I left melted armor with default slot like i said you can go Ball of lighting and free up a power slot

  16. I am at work so I can not look at everything but melt armor is a useless power the returns on it suck recharge is to long the debuff to small. you be better off going another direction. so if you are just taking something to get to fireball just use the default slot for Melt Armor

    I will look at it when I get home you could also change side temporarily and go Ball of Lighting instead of fireball that way you only take 1 power to get to your aoe compared with the two required for Fireball

    So something to think about I will look over it when I get home in more detail

    4 recharges in hasten is a waste

    COF could use a minor tweak they over nerfed it when they gutted it during I5

    Yes 95% base acc was to high the endurance consumption was even worse before the ED end reduction, Mag 3 stun and like 20% -tohit buff .

    Yes once they got stacking armors at 28 you took COF and you became a walking troller with mez protection and better damage. Yes it was over powered at the time but it was short lived and not many knew about how good it was.

    Mag 2 change I understood. the acc reduction was a little much with the endurance staying where it is and yes the to tohit debuff was ridiculous and is fine now. I really like them to up the acc to 75% or reduce the endurance some. don't care which one but either would help
  18. On Primaries katana and Broad Sword

    Katana provides -defense then you add the Achilles heal proc in gamblers cut and get some -resistance and Broad sword equivalent attack

    Dark Melee has -tohit

    Claws and DB each have one attack that does -def and can also has the -res proc possibility in those attacks

    Kinetic has -dmg

    Martial arts has one attack with a -fly -spd and -def in one attack no -resistance proc allowed

    Spines -spd -recharge

    Elec -end

    Secondaries

    DA = COF -tohit

    Elec = -end Damage aura and Power sink

    Shield = -dmg in AAO

    WP = -tohit in RTTC

    yes lots of set bonuses, I use COF because I was able to get 3.75% s/l defense and yes the -tohit seems to help. I done this on purpose I round up all minions and LT's stood in the middle with armors turned on , cof and my two damage auras went afk and came back to everything dead.

    Cof is weird minions cower start to attack cower attack miss a lot some times they run a short distance then run back in and cower so the mitigation works great on minions. It is just different and kind weird.

    I will post it here it also got a ton better when I got the alpha slot and the extra endurance reducer in the build from the alpha

    What you find with most attacks in the game they have either a smash or lethal component to it not all but a large % so you get the highest defense to which ever one you have so over all he plays a lot better

    My st attack chain is lunge >ripper >lunge > Throw spines not the best one but it got me about where I wanted to be with the recharge I have. I taken out several EB's with ease and have not had problems in groups with AV's so it has been good enough

    Yes I skipped Impale and no i do not miss it with that long softball wind up I skipped it to get the numbers I wanted

    What if you have two damage auras - e.g. death shroud AND quills. Do they get 2 attacks per 5 seconds?

    I understand that CoF is a slot hog, and that's a pain. Given that, I still might end up sticking with OG. But I'd like to get an idea of how much mitigation I am actually going to get out of CoF. If it is significant, I'd seriously like to consider it.
    My spines/da is sitting at about 42% s/l defense if i remember correctly

    I find AE farming for tickets is the way to go for alot the common yellows that are in the 30mill-40 million right now I do random bronze roles and sometimes I get oranges

    i was able to overhaul 90% of my Spines/da in two days farming AE for tickets made influence kept the recipes I wanted sold what sold in Went's and sold the rest to the vendor

    You also left out knock back protection something DA does not have I go a different route

    Could try this I have more global recharge I have less energy defense but Dark regeneration is a heavy endurance drain so I added end and HP one target will give you about 700+ hp Heal

    I find flashing steel not as important since you have Death Shroud. You could just play around with it and go from there but do not forget your KB hole
