    Yup, exactly how I felt.

I can't think of any US TV shows I would recommend. I just don't enjoy any of them enough to be able to give them a recommendation.
  2. I had a problem like this, turns out it was my Anti-virus "real time protection," once I told it to not monitor CoX my lag problem went away. Check your Anti-virus, see if that helps.

I prefer two starting zones simply so I can avoid Atlas Park.
  4. The Going Rogue expansion gave the developers the ability to "disappear" a contact if they didn't exist for your character. For example, in Nova Praetoria, if you kill Cleopatra in your Morality mission, then she no longer appears in the game world to that character even though others can see her and interact with her normally.

Could this work for Vigilante and Rogue contacts?

A villain in Saint Martial sees and interacts with "villain Hardcase," but doesn't see "vigilante Hardcase" who just happens to be standing in about the same spot. Conversely, the vigilante in Saint Martial sees the "vigilante Hardcase" and can interact with him, but is unaware of the "villain Hardcase." So each dual purpose contact would actually be two separate contacts, located very near each other, but each player would only be able to perceive (and interact) with only one of them.

It seems to make sense, but not being a programmer I'm sure the standard "Code Rant" would apply, meaning this is completely unworkable.

    But I can hope.
  5. I was in Mercy during the surge, at Fort Darwin. Maybe that zone wasn't as full as the others, but I had no lag (Netgraph was a beautiful green lawn that did not need mowing) and my framerates were pretty good for all the action on my screen (20 - 30 fps).
    So I had fun.
  6. If you have Mids installed on your Windows drive in the Programs folder, try re-installing it elsewhere in case its the UHC system interferring with the loading. If your anti-virus program has real time monitoring you might want to tell it to not monitor Mids (and your games), I've had problems with that before.
If that doesn't do anything for you, the place to go it is the Titan Forums.
There's a post with Known Issues for the current build (1.942), and there's a whole thread for Known Issues in the Tech Support section of the forums. Post a question in the Known Issues thread and the developers for Mids are pretty quick to give you a hand.
  7. And Miss Piggy must be Storm!
  8. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but if you're on the ground and hit Follow(default key is F) you'll move up to the mobs hit box and be in melee range (does NOT work if you are flying/hovering).
So land and Follow, then beat the c**p out of it.
  9. Hey you Mothers!

    Have a happy day.
  10. Its in his link Hawk.

    What is it?

A contest seeking advanced player characters to make a guest appearance in upcoming Architect Entertainment arcs.
I am accepting RP/non-RP/PvP/etc. character submissions! I'd like to see representatives from all genres if possible.

He's unconcerned with simple wealth and certainly unconcerned with any kind of heroics, so that doesn't really work well for him. Not a bad idea, though.

However fooling those idiots in Paragon City into thinking you've "redeemed yourself" (HAH!) could let you do some intelligence work and scout out new "business opportunities" (Muahahahahaha!). If you're motivated by power think of the new opponents you could find and CRUSH in that stinking hive of "Law and Order," and think of the irony when some Rogue Islander comes to PI to rob a bank, you get to ANNIHILATE them and the cops THANK YOU (Muahahahahaha!). Now doesn't that sound like FUN. (Muahahahahaha ... Muahahahahaha ... Muahahahahaha ... *breathe* ... Muahahahahaha ...
  12. Have you tried changing the settings of your monitor? I had to do that on one computer so that the games I played and windows apps all looked good, it took me about a week of fiddling with monitor controls, Nvidia Control Panel, and the games video settings before I got it to where I wanted it.

Edit: Catministrator, I use IrfanView to edit and change the gamma on screenshots. It works very well, its easy and its freeware.
  13. Congratulations Rubberlad, hopefully its just the first of many.

My chat font size is set to 14, and it does go higher than that. When you move the slider past 12 the number does turn red but you can still set it to a font size larger than 12.

The build is not capped outside of ML, you're running Melee 36.8%, Ranged 30.9%, AoE 33.1%
You don't actually need the BotZ in Super Speed, a single Run Speed/Endurance IO puts you at the speed cap. So lets move those 2 slots, put one slot in TT: Maneuvers and use 2 LotG and 2 GotA; put the othe slot in Indomitable Will and put in the Steadfast Res/End IO. This increases your recovery by 3.5% (2% from the GotA and 1.5% from the Steadfasts).

As for soloing AVs, you will prob need either aid self or 25+ regen/sec to be successful,
and I believe them to be correct in that assessment.

  18. Take Shatter Armor!

It doesn't critical from Hide but it has a nice 20% Resistance Debuff and does great damage.

    Damn you Alpha!

CT: Offensive was only giving you about 14% extra Accuracy, try TT: Assault instead for an extra 15% Damage.

I played some games (you were over the cap for the 2.5% Recovery). (BTW using Enzymes instead of Cytoskeletons in a Defense power is considered an exploit.)

Take a look. (Try using Fruit Salad as the export option, its easier to read IMO)

  20. I loved the surreal writing in the Television arc.
The premise is that the characters in a television show are talking to me, and they're asking me to do things to help Television. So the way I figure it, that mushroom pizza I just ate must have had some funny mushrooms on it. I mean that's the only explanation I've been able to come up with.
