Can't change gamma between 100% and 126%, and other woes

Have you tried changing the settings of your monitor? I had to do that on one computer so that the games I played and windows apps all looked good, it took me about a week of fiddling with monitor controls, Nvidia Control Panel, and the games video settings before I got it to where I wanted it.
Edit: Catministrator, I use IrfanView to edit and change the gamma on screenshots. It works very well, its easy and its freeware.

If you want, you can edit the exact gamma value in the registry using regedit.
Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Cryptic/CoH
Edit the gamma value to whatever is desired(1.00 being 100%, 1.15 being 115%, 0.5 being 50%, etc)
