Make sure the fan on your video card is working. I had the same problem about 1 1/2 yrs ago.
You might want to repost in the Technical Issues & Bugs section. Make sure and read the [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums thread first and post the relevant info.

I had a problem like this, turns out it was my Anti-virus "real time protection," once I told it to not monitor CoX my lag problem went away. Check your Anti-virus, see if that helps.
