Here's something to start with, it has a Negative Energy and Psionic hole in its defenses but it does have perma-Hasten. It doesn't need DA for the Lethal soft cap (good thing since it isn't in the build) so that won't drop your DPS.
Well take a look:

From the Guide to Guides (if you have a question look here first) there's a link to Better in game fonts.
Another way is to use TweakCoH, a no longer supported utility for changing registry settings for CoH. Since it doesn't support the newer graphics settings I wouldn't suggest you try altering your graphics settings with TweakCoH, but the fonts change works great still. -
Quote:Haven't had that problem and I've done it 3 times so far. I have Ninja Run and it only takes a few seconds to make it to the exit.. . .
Villain side... does anyone else have the timer of the last mission start ticking town before the cut scene starts? Happens to me every time and it is complete impossible for me to get out in what remains when the cut scene ends. They may as well just do away with the timer for me and kill me when the cut scene ends. Maybe it would be a little less frustrating. -
Sometimes if you type /leaveteam you don't get bumped from the map. Its kinda cheating, but any level 50's want to try that?
Stomp those FP. -
I just got up, this is a very nice surprise to have with my coffee.
Thank you!
Enjoy your trip Diellan and Happy New Year.

The entrance has been from the walkway at water level. Go jump in the river. Seriously.

Quote:According to the Mini Guide to the i12 Stalker changes,That's great to know, I found it weird when Disintegration spread to other targets on my Beam Gun corr after the killing shot on a foe.
Slightly off topic but what's the % of demoralize going off again?Quote:A successful Assassin Strike will now Demoralize your enemies. The Demoralize effect has a 30ft radius and will apply an irresistible 7.5% Tohit debuff for 8 seconds.
Demoralize also has a 25% chance to apply a mag5 Terrorize for 8 seconds. -
-
So I wasn't being completely oblivious.
Thanks.
-
I was playing one of my Stalkers today and noticed something odd. The Demoralize effect from a successful assassination was going off on the surrounding mobs even when the target died. It used to be that the target had to survive for the Demoralize to take effect, that seems to no longer be true,
When did this happen? Have I been just oblivious for a while or is this new? -

Quote:Ultimus, there is a memory leak in the NCSoft Launcher which could be your problem. Make sure the Launcher closes after launching CoH, to do this run the launcher and click on File and then Settings in the drop down menu. In the General tab make sure both boxes are unchecked and the drop down menu underI crash all the time hoping next patch fixes it. I am on an NVidia GTX 460 and had old drivers and tried new.
In Praetoria I literally crash everytime after exiting a mission. In the normal world I crash about every hour or so.Quote:After launching a game:
Hopefully that helps. -

Two short lived series I loved are Kolchak: the night stalker and Brimstone.
As for a channel name?
How about TV Network Executives are Idiots (TVNEI) or is that too long? -
For me Build 1 is my level 30+ content build, that's what I play most of the time. I use Build 2 for lower level exemplaring, levels 1 - 29.
On three characters I'm starting a Build 3, a strictly level 50 content build. All these builds are IO'd out.
I find the multiple builds very useful. -
Based on the Tami Baker arc, Praetor Duncan and Praetor White do NOT get along. I assumed that Reese's secret mentor was Praetor Duncan.

In order to be able to access supergroups, tells, trading and e-mails an account only has to reach Tier 2. That's all.
To get to Tier 2 requires you spend $15 OR having a retail code applied to your account. Well look here, a retail code is going to cost only $9.99 after Aug 29. And don't forget you can still buy an old box (sealed, brand new) for $1 on Amazon. Retail code and one month free for $1 (OK, plus $5 shipping).
I think this whole thread is a non-issue. -
I believe you're visible even if it doesn't proc.

Thais is all that's in there.

A contest to win a trip into space?
seriously?
Yup.
If a forumite wins they have to post photos for us. -
Tweaked a couple things, this has slightly better END management and REGEN. IMO the 4th slot in Mind Link was a waste as were the 3 slots in CT: Defensive, you got very little out of that 4th Membrane and you were so over the Incarnate soft cap in Melee Defense you didn't need to enhance CT: Defensive.

If you were going for the Incarnate soft cap, you missed it by a little bit (58.3 M, 57 R, 52.3 AoE vs. Incarnate SC of 59). The normal SC is 45% which you already exceeded by a good amount. If you wanted the Incarnate SC, ignore this post.
IMO you'd be better off with the normal SC and have decent Endurance management, better Regen and more HP and a little extra Recharge.
Threw this together, it could stand some improvement I know, but take a look. It has Aid Self, normal SC, and slightly better End Rec, Regen, HP and Recharge.
CT: Offensive is not a good pick for a mature build, it adds the equivalent of half an SO worth of accuracy to your powers, Bane Spider Upgrade has 7.5% Resistance to everything, if you are going to put slots in an armor put it in the upgrade (Wolf Spider Armor is 3% S/L, 2% Psi).

I'm anxious and excited at the same time, I hope they do the John Carter series justice.
If it does well maybe someone (NOT Uwe Boll!!!) will do a Dray Prescot movie too. I can hope. -
