...But I also want to stay softcapped. How can I compromise?

Given the four-pool limit, the easiest way to find some healing without losing defenses would probably be to drop Hasten and something like Placate for Aid Other and Aid Self.

If it's worth losing the hasten recharge for is another question.

If you were going for the Incarnate soft cap, you missed it by a little bit (58.3 M, 57 R, 52.3 AoE vs. Incarnate SC of 59). The normal SC is 45% which you already exceeded by a good amount. If you wanted the Incarnate SC, ignore this post.
IMO you'd be better off with the normal SC and have decent Endurance management, better Regen and more HP and a little extra Recharge.

Threw this together, it could stand some improvement I know, but take a look. It has Aid Self, normal SC, and slightly better End Rec, Regen, HP and Recharge.

CT: Offensive is not a good pick for a mature build, it adds the equivalent of half an SO worth of accuracy to your powers, Bane Spider Upgrade has 7.5% Resistance to everything, if you are going to put slots in an armor put it in the upgrade (Wolf Spider Armor is 3% S/L, 2% Psi).

Log out in the Midnighter's Club, Hospitals, and Universities... You'll end up with a Rez and a Heal for your efforts..

I mean, you'll never end up being the party designated healzor, but you're playing a SoA, so you sorta have other priorities. But just adding the 2 day powers in give you even more versatility.
