Where can I make a formal complaint about the attitude of a gm?

The party's support site does not work for me here, I put my account and password and enter!!

I expect a response and thank in advance anyone who can advise, because I suffered a great abuse of a GM!

You should be able to use the support site to open a ticket, not sure what your problem is.

Make sure your email on your Master account is current. File a /petition ingame under Harassment and conduct. Ask politely to have your issue escalated to a senior GM.

All data are correct here, even reseted the password, checked the e-mail all right, I tried in opera and internet explorer latest.

Where's the message: The username or password you entered is incorrect or your account has Been disabled.

I log into my account, the game, the only area in support of that problem!

Some gm, adm, offers to send a pm to me with an email that I can use to repot an abuse of a GM?

Like I said use the IN GAME petition function, then when you get an email on your outside email account, correspond with them there.

Your Support Account has a different login and password than your Master or Game Account. If you had never used the Support website before than the account needs to be created first. The first time you file a petition the account is made for you and the login and password are e-mailed to the e-mail address on file for your Master Account.

I know he can't provide it, but I'm curious as to the content of this exchange in which he suffered "great abuse" from a GM...

If you know he can't provide it, then why even mention this?

Just in case the OP doesn't know the rules, I'll mention that he absolutely SHOULD NOT post any of the details here.

I do not know if I can deal with such issues openly. Also because I ordered tickets for the game and answered the email I sent (I had not understood that it could respond by e-mail!)

You can't post it on the forums because it's against the rules and will get modsmacked. But I don't think it's against the rules to discuss it via Private Messages.

Whether or not you decide to share that info with Tyger or someone else is up to you. Personally I just hope your issue gets resolved to your satisfaction. Best of luck with it.

Forum rules apply to PMs as well. Issues with GMs should be discussed and handled with them.

Just remember that when you reply to a Support email, type all of your remarks

There is also a good chance this is all a misunderstanding. Dinamo is not a native english speaker and very often the GMs are not either.

If two people who don't speak each others language are communicating through a third language that neither understands well then misunderstanding is almost guaranteed.

All of the three GMs I've ever dealt with directly seemed perfectly fluent in English.

Where to find me after the end:
The Secret World - Arcadia - Shinzo
Rift - Faeblight - Bloodspeaker
LotRO - Gladden - Aranelion
STO - Holodeck - @Captain_Thiraas

Obviously, I don't care about NCSoft's forum rules, now.

As they have been with me.

But...I think Mandu may have a point - or half of one - maybe Dinamo is misunderstanding the how, what and why the procedure he has to go through to get support. It can be rather complicated the first time - I remember struggling a bit when I first had to contact support out of game and I speak and understand English perfectly well.

I was just hoping to prevent a spurious rumor from getting started, e.g. that game support was farmed out to some non-English speaking country, like Morocco, or Paraguay... or Texas, even.

Well, mainly just to express that I'm not taking his claim of "serious abuse" at face value. I tend to find it more likely that such claims of GM "abuse" are either blown out of proportion or an outright fabrication... ( The former more often being the case, and not generally intentionally, but still... )

I've never dealt with a GM that wasn't fluent in English, and I've dealt with quite a few over the past 7 years.

Or serious misunderstanding...or mis-match of expectations with reality.

I didn't say not fluent in English. I said not a native speaker. I suppose I should have said not a native North American speaker. Just try using colloquial slang with them sometimes and see what happens. I've said things like "Thanks for the heads up" and had responses like "If you are having problem with your heads up display try resetting all windows"
