    Heys guys, i have old ill/rad(i did 5 years ago), just now i think make a build for he.

    But i dont have experience in build for ill/rad and i dont have ideia about sets need use! But i need one CHEAP build!(max 600 at 800 milions).

    Suggestions? What epic power and incarnates is good?

    But i do not consider unfair, favors common sense and style of a person to a plan costume.
