    The point to these powers is so you cannot be knocked back and can see stealthed enemies.... the importance of these abilities does not diminish with level.

    In PvP movement is key, never skimp on SS/SJ

    You cannot fight what you cannot see, regardless of stalkers an enemy with Stealth +StealthIO will be invisible and with only the IO for perception you are gonna have to be very close to see them. Giving the enemy the edge.

    I know there are programs like hero stats etc... but does anyone know if there is something similair in the form of a navigation tool??

    If I want to have badges show on my map in-game etc.

    btw /Loc is a pain in the *

    takes longer to get my head round the co-ords than it does for me just to search the map manually.

    increase activation time telekinetic blast or will domination 1 sec to 1.7+ sec.

    or

    will domination -> change like siren's song (damage = 0, sleep)
    To be honest it's only a spike, and it's not the activation times that is causing you the problem.

    It's the speed in which the power travels to it's target that allows psi to hit all at once, I can do exact same on my Rad blaster, Snipe, Cosmicburst and Xraybeam all hitting within mere moments of each other.

    How to fix??

    Move more, get out of range, heal when damage starts to come in instead of once it's hit.

    Spec your toon to better, take tough with Aegis and Impervium procs...

  14. I had a wee look at your build and I hope you take this into consideration...

    This build will have a few benefits over yours for the sake of saving 25 - 30% recharge...

    1. Faster Movement
    2. Better Regen,
    3. Capped hp after DR
    4. Hellofalot cheaper
    5. Better Perception
    6. Better Endurance

    The reason I mention the endurance is actually the way you slotted Boostrange... usually a power that you leave on auto, End cost 13, recharge 21sec.. thats a drain of 0.6 /sec on top of your 1.49/s and if you use Snow storm, your Net gain is 0.69 ... Don't plan on attacking while thats up....

    On My build below, Boost range = 0.39 making my Net gain while snowstorm is active 1.47 and the option to use Conserve would make the Net 2.3/s

    Remember, with great recharge comes great endurance loss

    I would have said so... tbh the best way to use Kb in pvp is to learn who can be knocked back. I have same Mag in Power Thrust slotted same way, there are toons that it is useless against and there are toons that it spells certain death for. Learn who is who.

    Well it would be if DR wasn't in place... worse idea ever tbh. Heal decay I can live with, even TS you get used to, but DR ! Fek that's a daft idea...

    Whoever thought that up should be dragged out into the street and shot.

    Mids is showing that my Invul is getting about 30% base res to Psi in pvp... is this a bug or??

  21. Starting from the top...

    Tanker issues,

    1) This is slotted to be a ragdoll, Knockback is not fun in pvp unless your delivering it.
    2) Both shields, Fire + Plasma are over slotted, There is no point in using the extra slots for such little defense after DR hits you.
    3) You have slotted the Glad Armour def proc... imo a waste of 2+ billion inf on this toon.
    4) You don't have hurdle, or any jump powers, you won't be able to get over the small walls in Rv nevermind anything bigger.

    From your build I would tweak it as such.....

    Scrapper Issues

    1) Why on earth are you slotting for defense? Aegis bonuses are not worth using in pvp
    2) Same issue with the def proc IO... really no sense in having it in there
    3) Crane kick is seriously under slotted for dmg
    4) General yuckiness...

    I know it's not the best but it is my highest lvl toon. Can Ice/Ice even compete with other builds? Would it be better for dueling, zone, or team arena? Any help would be useful. Also should it be built more for recharge or HP? I already know it needs a lot of KB resist. If HP is most important what should I be looking for for a minimum recharge bonus w/out hasten activated?

    Not the most popular sets to pvp with but I would probably advise you go with something like this... I'm sure others will have comments to make on it but as it goes I feel this would give you a starting pvp chance against most.

  24. Does anyone have a build for a Pain Dom Corr... Gonna be for Zonal survival and all round healer... Massive regen would be nice ... I'm unsure of primary was gonna skip Sonic tho, seen a few of those and I'd like something diff, maybe Dark or Nrg or Rad?? I unno,
