What is the best way to slot Dominate for a fender??

I have been thinking about.........

Apoc Acc/Rech
Apoc (Neg dmg proc)
Unbreak Constraint Acc/Rech
Unbreak Constraint (Smashn dmg proc)
Glad Javelin Dmg/Rech
Glad Javelin (Tox dmg proc)

Anyone any other suggestions?

Will be getting global accuracy and rad primary will make for -def to opponent...

Hmm I would usually change up the slotting for what i'm building the toon for and what blast set i'm going with but splitting apocs is always good on a defender so 3 apocs (Proc, Dam/End and Acc/Dam/Rech) with 1 nucle and unbreak constraint (Acc/rech and proc). Though if i wanted more hp in my build i would do 3 apocs and 3 devas'/glad jav. Looking at mids 3 apocs and 3 glad jav is probably the way to go. (Apoc:Proc, Dam/Rech and Acc/Dam/Rech) with (Glad Jav:Proc, Acc/Dam and Acc/Dam/End/Rech).

I would slot 2 nucle, 1 centriole and 3 procs if i didn't care for bonuses (Health mainly). Defender hp is low

Goodluck.

If you are looking to proc the attack rather than going after set bonuses I'd go 3 Gad Jav's Acc/Dmg acc/dmg/end/rech Proc Unbreakable Constraint Proc, Glad Net Proc. Toss in one nuc to get the acc/dmg to just under 80%.

The other option for slightly better stats would be 3 Apocs - Acc/Dmg/Recharge Dmg/Recharge Proc, 1 Nuc, Unbreakable Constraint Proc, Glad net Proc. 3 Procs is really plenty and glad net is just about as good as glad jav since both are 33% and unresisted.

Really though you can put the apoc proc elsewhere in an attack that doesn't already have 3 high % procs slottable.

I like 2 acc/dmg hamis, 1 dmg/mez hami, unbreakable constraint proc, GW's psi proc, and Glad. net proc. This set up is much cheaper than others I have seen and delivers similar results (assuming you have hasten and enough +recharge elsewhere in the build).
