The Aegis Unique (3% Psi res & 20% Status Resistance)
Impervious skin (7.5% Status resistance).
Place both in whichever epic armor you get(provided it takes Resist damage sets).
Also use Increase Density to hold another Impervious Skin. If you're crazy enough to take Tough too, that's another you can place.
Not true Protection, but shorter durations are always good--it help versus stacking effects. -
We can only theorize.
I think the bases will be like the markets--only accessible once one makes the full switch. -

In general I think GMs would be taken more serious if they werent that often on. And of course its harder to find a team of people that go out of their way to defeat it when the GM being on is nothing special. -
On topic, I have tried to make a draconic toon, but never been satisfied will the monstrous head options(http://www.homestarrunner.com/trogday08.html)
It's something I wish would be revisited, and more options allowed. -

I think what the OP is getting at is how expensive the salvage is. It's a piece of Common salvage, I find it all the time with random drops, so why is it so expensive?

I took Tough on one of my blasters. Mostly to make use of Steadfast Protection Res/Def. I did end up also slotting 5 pieces of Aegis for the AoE def. I spec'd it out and moved the IO's to the Epic Armor once I was high enough to take it.

They increased the base flyspeed of Fly within the last year. Super Jump and Superspeed only needed 2 SO's to reach the cap, but Fly needed 3. When they upped the Fly's base, it now only took 2 to reach the cap. Yes, investing more than that won't do much, but one can use those slots elsewhere instead.
You can still slot for more to mitigate Slow effects on your fly Speed. -
Quite a number of bots do have fear protection. It's unlikely it's consistent across the board. I'm fairly certain it is omitted when the Elite Boss or AV template is applied (they have some built in, but not as much as standard bot enemies).

I do see stuff like that a lot. One tries 1 mill and doesn't make the purchase, and fishes to see if they can bypass the arbitrary amount above it may have been placed without jumping to 1.5 or 2 mill.
I myself routinely add a one to all my bids. many, many a time I would bid an even number (1000 lets say) and fail to purchase, but then adding one (1001) does. -

It IS kind of annoying when someone plants themselves next to an auctioneer, then explodes while logging out(I'd bugged it many times until I learned it was being done deliberately). The novelty wears outs quickly. It starts to remind me of a spastic child, who has had too much sugar, and vies for attention: "lookitmelookitmelookitme!" -

Defender:
Empathy, TA or Traps. /Arch or /AR
Controller:
A Hypnotist could be Mind or even Illusion. (The pets would be a stretch)
/Empathy, or /TA
Brute:
DB, WM, Axe. /SR, /WP or /SD
Stalker:
BS, DB, MA or Ninja Blade. /Nin, /SR, or /WP
Mastermind:
really any pets but Zombies. /Traps, /TA or /poison(although Envenom makes you spit poison)
Corrupter:
AR or Arch. /Traps or /TA
easily Tech or Natural
Dominator: (Heck this is a tough one...)
Mind for a hypnotist. Gravity if you go Tech. /Psi for a hypnotist theme. anything else you'd have to go tech. Heck with tech you could go fire or ice.
***for any overly colorful effect, tint the Bright option with Dark colors. This should make far more subtle effects. -

Game designers do investigate each other. They borrow from each other. WoW has crafting, now CoX has Inventions(and better for it). CoX has Badges, now WoW has "Achievements"(*cough* badges). It happens all the time.

I was curious about this myself. The detailed info shows the -spd ignores resists, so sadly, no go. It will still resist further slowing effects from enemies, so by all means slot it.

I heard something about Damage resistance itself acting a -res debuff resistance.

Mine were off by a month. Petitioned and it was fixed in a day.
