Is this a Master of...? Are you level restricting at all? I've got three 50s (INV/EM tank, NRG/NRG blaster and DM/WP scrapper) but my next one down's a 41. If you don't have time to answer here, I'll just check in in the morning in-game.

Businesses without customers aren't businesses, they're failures. Really, it's a silly extension of American entitlement. "I utilized your product, so I'm paying your salaries." Which is a good thing he didn't. You're taking someone's second- or third-hand off-hand mention as a quote. BUT, even if he did, this is obviously what NCSoft/Paragon WANTS him to do. If he does it, and he doesn't get fired or reprimanded, then it's WAI. Companies make policy, not customers. No. Paragon Studios pays his salary. We pay NCSoft to play the game. Those are different things. People who use a business don't "pay the employees salaries" no matter how entitled they feel. I always hated the concept people have that patronizing a business somehow puts them in charge.
I doubt Jay hates the look in general (or rather, if he does, it's irrelevant), but the way it looks when he has to implement it under the current system. He's not saying "I hate that look.", he's saying "I can't get that look to look good under the restrictions we have here." -

I think I may have only deleted about a half a dozen characters in my four years, and really none but a handful of "try outs" that I later remade in Victory in about three of those years.. So right from the start, I'm intending to keep everyone.

I hope they do, too, Sam. Because of my odd play times, I usually solo myself. I'll accept it if there isn't, because I'm not getting GR just for Incarnates, but I'd much prefer the option.

And if they do, there's still the stuff 50s were doing before. Might be irritating if you already bought GR specifically for Incarnates, but then caveat emptor early buyers.

The kind of update that would be fiscally wise (for example, whole new game engine) would pretty much require being a new game. Integrating it with the current one would be unwise, in both a time- and money-spent manner.
