  1. I would say reactive since it's got a chance of Moderate Fire Damage. If you stacked Diamagnetic 4 times you'd have a debuff of -60% Regen, prior to resistance (though Reactive would only have -10% Resistance).
  2. Wasn't Citadel supposed to be the WST soon or even now?

Also - Barracuda makes me cry.

  5. If my team needs AoE, Scrapper (Unless its like an Elec/Nin Stalker or something).
If my team needs single target, Stalker (Pity Spot).
  6. My Thoughts on how it could work:

    - Dark Blast
    - Smite
    - Shadow Maul
    - Gloom
    - Power Boost
    - Dark Regeneration
    - Life Drain (Damage Bonus so its like a Tier 2.5)
    - Moonbeam
    - Midnight Grasp

Of course, we'd undoubtedly get Night Fall.

My Solution for Propel (Dominators)- Change the power so it only takes 2 seconds to activate, while the actual projectile launch takes the full animation time. Make it 80 foot range, with damage identical to our T9 Blast damage. Add a small, non-damaging cone effect that does knockdown and has a chance of minion Disorient.

    Done.

    SPEDIT:

Also, move Dimension Shift to 26, Wormhole to 18 (and increase it's radius to 20 or 25', and its range to 100', and remove the KB), and Gravity Distortion Field to 12.

At higher levels, yes, but if I want to stealth at level 22, it's gonna run a couple hundred million (unless its T&S, but I don't take TP much).

Keep in mind, I don't force sets - 6 slotting BU isn't done unless its absolutely necessary. (Even then, its usually slotted with Adjusted Targeting)

SPEDIT: Also, with Adjusted targeting up alot, your DefDebuff Resistance is going to be high enough to keep your numbers where they are - Mids doesn't take Double Stacked/Enhanced Active Defense into account).

As a strictly solo/duo player this kinda bothers me a lot. Common/uncommon is no problem at all. I don't mind that it will take me a while to get them, because I can do it solo and on my own terms/timetables. I have one character with uncommon and one with common who needs 5 shards for uncommon. I have no issues with that, just with the new "raid or die" tiers of alpha that were patched in yesterday.

A base doesn't help recipe storage by the way. You can store crafted IOs, but there is no way to store the uncrafted recipes. That said, even if you don't want to join a SG you should still make yourself a base if you like to store things. Not terribly expensive to get a super basic base with a craft table and some salvage/enhancement storage tables and it's amazingly convenient.
Maybe they'll let us convert like 20 shards to a notice of the well.

My Brute's the only one I'm working on right now though.
  11. My Grav/Psi (Currently 44).

    BEFORE the buffs to psi.

AoE Immob + Psychic Scream = Perma slow effect. I was actually the alpha soaker until the mid 30s (when mobs started getting ranged attack chains).

    1-Ice Sword
    2-Frost
    6-Assassin Strike
    8-Build Up
    12-Placate
    18-Freezing Touch
    26-Greater Ice Sword
    32-Frozen Aura

Ice Armor would require some twinking of the order, but maybe:
    1-Hide
    2-Ice Armor
    4-Chilling Embrace
    10-Permafrost
    16-Wet Ice
    20-Glacial Armor
    28-Hoarfrost
    35-Ice Patch
    38-Energy Absorption
I was thinking of replacing Hibernate with a MoG like power - +Def to S/L/E/N, +Res to Fire/Cold, Slow Resistance, short duration/long recharge.

    But Ice Patch works too.

Although given how well Gravity Control works for doms before Wormhole and Sing, I would have no problem with those sets for brutes.
    It replaced Ice Patch.

Also - Ice/Ice Stalkers - you can replace Hibernate with a MoG like power.

Radiation Assault for Dominators - Take two Rad Melee attacks from the Shivans and Tiers 1-7 of Rad Blast. Reorganize as needed (leave the recharge on Neutrino Bolt alone, thx).
Whip Assault for Dominators - complete with a "Sonic Boom" Type power (Tiny Aoe, Superior Smashing/Energy, -Res and KD).

    Fix EA and Gravity Control.

What is something "extreme" that you could do to get it higher? I mean there's only so many attacks you could use in a given time. I spam my attacks, while getting attacked...but it has never gone anywhere even close to 100%, no matter how long I spam them for. Is 100% fury even physically possible to attain now?
You get more when AVs attack you, so tanking the entire Freedom Phalanx in the LRSF might do it. Foot Stomp also gave fury for each enemy in range way back in I6.
  15. Mine's got the End/Range right now, and I'm gonna be picking up the Acc/Hold next. Of course, My end goal is one of all 4.
  16. I could go on and on about what I dislike about the build, but here's my prospective build for comparison: (It uses 2 PvP IOs, but the main one is a +3% Defense which can be made up for by getting a single teammate/ally nearby)

  17. Why did you slot Fortification for Resistance instead of heal or recharge? Personally I'd rather have it up more often then resisting more toxic.

Solo mines significantly lower than before (I could reach 75-90% easy, now I'm lucky to hover around 50% - and this is on my Level 50). However, teamed it's much better than before.

When the I19 update first came loading the SoA ATs (which didn't have access to the EPPs) caused the program to crash. So they compromised by adding the EPPs for now.

No Stealth toggle with the word "Cloak" suppresses when you are in combat. (Spedit: Cloaking Device does, but that's "Cloaking" so nyah)

Energy Cloak, Cloak of Darkness, Shadow Cloak (WS). Of course, sometimes I toggle it off (since I'm almost softcapped against S/L without it) just to remain the center of attention more easily (though now that I use Energy Drain as a taunt it's not as necessary).

    Pwnz

I was wondering where we ended up. How long before they remake Pwnz and/or Ban us all for spamming Lolcats/Rick Roll in everything?

I've got good money on "Before I16 goes live".

I agree that PB should have a break free effect to compensate for its lowered value compared to non-dropping toggles.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I thought it did have that?

I might be thinking of Domination though.
