I could go on and on about what I dislike about the build, but here's my prospective build for comparison: (It uses 2 PvP IOs, but the main one is a +3% Defense which can be made up for by getting a single teammate/ally nearby)

Some interesting things to think about there.
I keep seeing all these builds that include the +3% Def PVP IO. I gotta say that simply grinding out enough A-merits for 1 of them is driving me insane. I have no idea how people are getting so many that they are now common in builds. So I've been preferring to draft builds without relying on them.
You don't need the PvP def IO to softcap /SD.
A couple of builds here, Deus's is softcapped, the one I posted is my current in game build. I haven't had a chance to come back to that thread until today, so I thought I'd bring it up as an alternative to getting softcapped.

I'd also drop either Bash or Pulverize, but I'm focusing on getting recharge up as much as possible. I'm pretty sure that an attack chain is going include Pulv/Jaw/Clobber and like CC instead of Shatter, seems slightly faster on the animation.
After going back and forth on Shatter, I think I'm keeping it - but using it more conditionally rather than part of a regular chain.

Still haven't done the respec, slotted the Cardiac Alpha just tonight. Not at the softcap for range, though.

So I was watching LoTR again the other day and it inspired me to think about a dwarf type sword and axe type dude, but I like WM so much better than Axe lol ... so here is a Dwarf Cleric type I suppose. Soft-capped to M/R/A but recovery is maybe lower than I like, regen is lower (no Aid Self), and recharge is a bit lower than I'd like.
Not sure what the optimal single-target chain for WM is, but one goal was to have CC up a lot. Also not sure of optimal slotting of PP.
Open to suggestions!
