I was gonna go with Scrapyard, since he has more than two attacks, and he has a legion of allies. And the fact that critters don't have aggro caps.

Wait, WINDFALL is a RARE?! I get 8 of those multiple times a month with my overflowing Paragon Reward Tokens! (I hold 3 in Reserve at all times, and I'm sitting on something like 12 since I don't use windfalls unless I'm on a kill-all TF at 50)

Why, exactly, can't Build up be an Inherent power instead? It's exactly the same for all sets, only placate has that feature as well.

Posi seems to think we want it for PVP reasons - I turned my particle count down to 100 back in i20 because multiple Super Speed auras at once gave me migraines. It's only a slight discoloration at that setting - and when I tried turning it up yesterday, I suddenly realised why everyone wants the change.

It would be really hard.
If you're a Vigilante in the Rogue Isles, or a Rogue in Paragon City, when you use an O-portal you'll be taken back to your default ouros, but can simply take a portal to the other ouroboros where you can rejoin the SF/TF you were on. -

So in other words, if we DO get the recipe drop we can give it to a level 1 Dual Pistols/Thugs character, otherwise it's in the same league as the Ascension Armor?

At 500 Points I'd want it to be something useful solo, like this:
The German Shepard pet is targetable and damageable, but has high defense and resistance (50% Resistance to all and 15-20% Defense).
The German Shepard pet has 3 powers:
1: Howl - this power causes it to shout at a critter that damaged it's owner, having a high chance of taunting the target for a couple seconds (enemies near the target have a small chance of taunt).
2: Scavenge - Moderate (10-15 second) recharge power that requires a defeated enemy: The power gives a random inspiration to the owner, and has a small (5%) chance of giving a piece of salvage or enhancement to the owner.
3: Rest - While the German Shepard is lying down, it's HP will replenish at a fast rate. It won't use this in combat.
Give it that, and I'll pay 500 points. Otherwise my cutoff remains 240. -
I play my EM/Regen stalker, but that's because he's still effective at grinding tips at level 33. I'm never gonna take him to 50 - I already made a spiritual successor (KM/Nin) and gotten that to 50.
Of course, on a brute you expect to have a primary that won't hamper your secondary, so I'd never make one. -
My problem is that (in the case of Cadaver counter) someone ALWAYS forgets to check their team chat to know that they shouldn't defeat any of the minions. My Brute has tried 3 times and failed each time because of one silent player.

This! Give me the pope hat! I dont want to look like one of those minions who have weapons we don't get, I wanna make my Reformed Air Thorn Caster (Elec/Elec/Cold Blaster)!
And so what if the pope hat causes clipping with force fields - my PeaceBringer's wings cause clipping with his shields, and I don't complain! -
