Also - Just checked on beta, the lockdown proc is set for 2PPM, so if placed in a Patron hold will be a guaranteed Mag 5 hold for 8 seconds.

Quote:Don't forget the proc rate drops when put into an AoE. My Dominator proc was insanely low in Crushing Field, but Subdue (same recharge, but it's single target) carries roughly a 40% (a little over 50% when I catalyse) proc rate.Anyway, we have... Debilitative Action: Chance to Stun, among the immobilise sets. It has a rather low 1 PPM, but let's see if we can find somewhere to slot it...
The patron immobilises seems solid enough - 33% chance to stun any minions you hit. Jamming it in Mud Pots might also be handy, I guess.
Not much fun there, sadly.
Quote:Performance Shifter: Chance for +End is at 3ppm.
If it counts the every 10 seconds trigger possibility in Stamina, that should be roughly... 50% chance?!
...that can't be right. Can it?

Does my Night Widow count as a Ninja?

Quote:I literally did a double take when I saw 3PPM on the enhancement (I was checking out SATO enhancement values so I can spitball my brutes build without needing mids, so I figured why not?) and thought "Nah, it can't possibly mean it procs 2.5 times the regular version in stamina... right?" and then I opened a second build with stamina and started timing.I'm not sure how unintended it could be if the enhancement text describes exactly what the enhancement is actually producing.
The first result I was unimpressed since it went a full 70 seconds before procing, then it proc'ed every 10 seconds for a minute and my heart (or maybe wallet) sank. The "worst" result was a 37% rate - almost DOUBLE the existing value. I did two more and got more than 50% rates and called it and came here to extoll the virtues. I'll PM Synapse I guess at this point. -

When converters become available, you will be able to convert the enhancement (not recipe) to a random level 13 PVPIO for a single converter. Keep doing this until you get a gladiator armor, then switch to in-set conversion (which costs 3 converters a roll) to get it to the unique.
I'm not sure, but I *THINK* that it respects weighting, so you might have to use a bunch to get it. -
Just checked the paragon market version of the performance shifter proc - it's set to three procs per minute, or a 50% chance per tick (I ran three 5 minute tests and got 11, 17, and 16 procs after 5 minutes or 30 proc checks (37%, 57%, and 53% respectively).
I don't know about you, but I'm gonna pick up a few dozen of these things while they're 50% off. -
It doesn't look like like it's possible, they didn't set up the game to handle bigger numbers than that. That's why WE get level shifts instead of level 53 characters.

There's a plot development with regard to the 5th Column so I would recommend you free Gyrfalcon at least once for story's sake.

My TW/Elec brute who only had Alpha/Interface and was fighting +3/8 got plastered 25 seconds in - I already used return to battle once that mission so I popped revival and frantically killed things while spamming insps - I completed it with 3 seconds left on the clock.

Hate the Knives of Vengeance and that Toxic DoT. Other than that and a couple BnP mobs my TW/Elec is doing pretty well set to +2/8 (+1 after level shift), but I'm still mistiming my insps due to lag (my console says the insp is activating, but its not and I fire an attack instead).

I *WAS* wondering why the Scrapper version of CS did twice that of the Stalker version...
-
Actually, if this is based on John Woo Gunplay, I want airborne animations that give defensive bonuses for firing while jumping.

Under Recipes, then once crafted it's a temp power (I think). I've pulled this twice from BP mobs - first time it's going to my Villain Badger, second was sold for 1M.

From what I understand, DD is the most straightforward trial of the bunch - as long as everyone is level shifted it's one where you can practically go on autopilot (just as long as you remember to kill the lifegiving essences).
