There will not be any with the release of Issue 22. Beyond that, nobody knows except employees of Paragon Studios. And if they haven't said already, then they probably aren't allowed to say.

I kinda sorta think the Devs may regret releasing Judgment, Destiny, Lore and Interface all at the same time. They prolly wish they had released Interface/Destiny first, then waited a few months and released Judgment/Lore.

Honestly, they are probably working on things that take advantage of the unreleased incarnate powers first.
Outside of that, there really isn't much reason to delay it too much since it would just add to the length of time you stay subscribed even with just your favorite character. It will likely take a good chunk of time to unlock them and slot them.
...although it did sound like they are not going to make new salvage for those slots.

If i am not mistaken someone mentioned that devs said there will be no new incarnate slots before praetorian arc handled. Most of the guesses are around in i23 we will face against Tyrant (if you talk wih Calvin Scott in MoM trial he implies that its time to strike) and will recieve new slots in the end of trial but this is just a speculation.
And how many praetor left actually that we didn't fight anyway?
The only Praetorians not seen in a incarnate level TF or iTrial are Praetor Sinclair (Chimera), Black Swan, Infernal, Dominatrix, and Shadowhunter. Though, Shadowhunter is dead and Dominatrix shows up in Dark Astoria.
They've also pretty much outright said that we'll have to deal with the Praetorian Hamidon too.
They also said the next two slots, Hybrid and Genesis, will be released together.
This somehow got me thinking that our future powers could possibly be tied to the Praetorians well(since every world has its own well that gets eaten by the space monsters and Prometheus thinks its much more important to beat Praetoria first(to get their well and increase our chances maybe?))
So maybe it's waiting for some more Praetorian content to release in order for us to tie in a Praetorian well that currently favors Tyrant.
I believe the Praetorians have the same Well Primal Earth does. Prometheus' stated intent is to attack Cole and the Praetorians so that the Well will choose the players instead of Cole as its champion.

My Money is that the next 4 slots will come with the coming storm, which would probably be i24 (i23 has us clean up Praetoria). ...So, 3rd/4th quarter this year at the earliest.

From what I understand the devs won't be releasing any more Incarnate slots until after December 2012. They want to see if the world does end. It would suck to do all that hard work then booooom!

It has been said they will not be using a new kind of incarnate salvage. I suspect a combo of Shards and Threads.

My friend's cousin's brother-in-law told him that his Mom heard from a Developer's Sister's Roommate that an ex-Forum admin's Maid thinks the new Incarnate Abilities will be an AoE Mez and a Single Target Auto-Kill, and they'll be released 1 week after i22 goes live.

It doesn't tell us much(Hybrid and Genesis are the next two power in line; we can see that in the incarnate window), but Positron himself said they weren't going to implement a new kind of salvage(they originally were, but changed that due to player feedback).
Granted, he could change his mind.

I suggest reading everything Prometheus has to say on the subject of the Well and Emperor Cole. It's clear there's only one (human) Well and the point of the Praetorian trials is to attract the Well's attention and prove your worthiness as the Well's champion(s) over Tyrant.

Did anyone hear anything about when the other 5 incarnate slots will be unlocked? We have not had any new slots in almost a year.
