Fun factoid we didn't mention in the Coffee Talk - Boxing, Kick, and Cross Punch also grant bonuses to your Brawl as well. They're just thematic/easter-egg-y, but they are fun.
If you have either Boxing or Kick, your Brawl has a 10% chance to proc a Recharge and ToHit debuff on its target. This debuff is double strength if you own both of those powers. If you own Cross Punch, your Brawl also has a 10% chance to proc a Regen and Recovery debuff on its target.
On the Presence note, you mention the single-target Taunt becoming a single-target ranged Placate, but Unrelenting is the new tier 5 power in the set, and it's also pretty cool. Using it gives you a moderate Heal over Time, a moderate Recharge bonus, a moderate Damage bonus, and a moderate Recovery bonus. Additionally, you can use it while defeated, restoring a moderate amount of health and endurance to you if used in this manner. -
Would this break the cottage rule if the initial toss was knockback/knockdown then is a slow/dmg patch maybe lowering its dmg making it like quicksand with dmg instead of -def.

I think Nemesis is distracting everyone so he can steal statesmans body. Then he will do some freaky steam science on it making a steam frankenstatesman.

Ehhh, I can verify that it's a big black fuzzball. I started a Dark/Staff Tanker last night because I just have to see Claws' build in action. Now admittedly, my character costume is nearly pure black, but from what I could see the fuzzball pretty much just replaced my model entirely. Even the staff was hidden.
It looks kind of cool, though. The staff is invisible but the motion effects aren't, so it looks kind of like the fuzzball itself is lashing out with long strikes. -
Ok looking over many of the builds I have put this togather. I wasn't able to get my dark mastery in wanted TT but not a big deal. Also since i used a build that was posted as a starting point some of the powers might not be taken at the point they are in the build. Also smite and shield charge will have the purple sets added to them as I can either find or afford them. I plan to go with agility for alpha it seems to have been made for dm/sd rech and def

Well seeing these makes me want to go back to my DM/SD scrapper he needs a respec might have to barrow from your builds. then try to figure out how to fit the dark cones from dark mastery in for concept and all.

Wasn't there another thread like this one about time manipulation and the person wanted it on an already existing character that got upset when he was told he had to make a new character to use it.

Why should it get xp gated you know you could play posi tf all the way to 50 too should all tfs gate xp at the tfs max lvl. DFB is just a long mission that is easy to form and get into compared to the other tfs with the LFG tab. -

Honestly why does it have to be VIP tier 9 why not just have a VIP tier that you can get the stuff since they are getting rotated you make a choice to go up the main tiers or get the limited time only items.

Is this putting coh as a non steam game or dl in steam and playing that way? Reason I asked is I downloaded it in steam picked up the gr edition when it was cheap and when i go to launch it it launches the NCSoft updater and coh right after.
