You'd have better luck finding raccoons (and to some degree skunks because they are legal as pets in the UK) them in European areas.
And yes, economic status of a country does dictate the prevalence of rabies in animals that would otherwise be domesticated. I would avoid pretty much any animal in that part of the world, simply due to the likelyhood of infection with some heretofore unknown pathogen.
Moral of the story, stop hating on skunks (legal pets in some parts of the US as well) @ Darkitty Dark One

Im currently "hanging out" in Afghanistan and even though I havent seen any coons and skunks (buttload of bats circling lights at night), there are plenty of wild dogs around. The military at this FOB has even dedicated posters and some airwave time to "do not pet the dogs when you are outside the wire" because there are some pretty cute puppies in some of the villages.
Its a shame, but with the poor conditions many of the people are subjected to in this country, dogs are probably infected with everything from rabies to Resident Evil's T-Virus. -
There was a family of skunks that used to live nearby...they always turned around and headed in the opposite direction when I guess they sensed me. So based off those few encounters, I assume most skunks arent usually trouble makers. During my travels, Ive even heard of people keeping them as pets.
As far as being vectors for rabies, I may be wrong, but I think dogs are the top contenders for that deal. -

The only Bane powers I took were Surveillance, Cloaking Device and the Build-up deal...Shatter Armor is from the epic line.
I grabbed one Bane mace attack just to get in more S/L defense, but never use it b/c everything is usually done with the AOE + debuff barrage.

What powers are Huntman purposely avoiding?
If it is Crab attacks, are the Huntsman rifle attacks that inferior to the Crab's ranged? -

They seem as viable as any other.
Havent been able to play CoH in awhile, but I went the Huntsman/Bane route for stealthier mode and if I remember correctly (without incarnates):
- 5x range AOEs
- 1x range ST
- 2x melee attacks just because
- 2x debuffs
Throw in cap S/L and range defense with pets and team buffs...Ive always enjoyed it.
How is it comparable to a petless MM? -
I say go with /devices.
Earth/Devices Dom could be the new hotness. -

Obviously the thread is subjective...as strongly as some feel a set is totally worthless, others love it and find value in it. I cant play at the moment, but I still enjoy my /devices blaster. With Burnout and high recharge I can get out 2-3x Gun Drones and then goto town. Could the set use some love? Sure, but I wouldnt call it tragic.
And Mind Control? It no longer at the top of the pack for min/max types that solo TFs and AVs? -

Sometimes its easier to work a build out yourself and then post it for critiques. Im overseas and cant play at the moment, but I have worked a few builds I would like to play when I get home. I just used the search engine to get a few builds ideas and then plugged away.

After 03 pages of back and forth with other PvPers, I just wanted to follow up by asking what the devs have told you at this point?
The dudes and dudettes here cant correct the issue you see as an issue or implement the changes youve suggested.

All other points aside, whats so hard to understand that devs dont really give a **** about PvP? Why should they? Are you going to stop playing the game if the TP/droning tactic isnt "fixed"?
I dont know any devs personally, but it seems obvious enough.
If something like 1% (?) of the playerbase PvPs, why would the devs be motivated to work on an issue that "annoys" PvPers.
Just saying.

Good luck in the quest to fix droning. Im not a fan of it either but if you have people here giving you easy fixes, then it seems that you could really spend the time contacting devs about a host of other serious PvP related issues. -

If people get this mad at droning, can you imagine how upset they would be with a guy that used 4-5 accounts and triple venged then applied kin/cold/etc buffs to an i13 Fort?

Also, I applaud your effort @PoisonHeart, but people have been pissed about droning for years.
I dont think the devs care much about player self inflicted pain.
