However given what is coming soon in the GL books, we may yet again see the white ring in action as part of a plan to stop the insane Guardians.

I don't recall any white lantern oath looked it up and didn't see anything.
Like other I thought the Orange Lantern oath was "Mine" I do rember when all the other lanterns had to say their oath Larfleeze just said "mine" Looking it up though is says Geoff Jones has said that it hasn't been relieved yet and may be soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if White Lantern Rings didn't even need an oath. Just hold the ring up to the latern, zoop! You're charged. Now go roll some zombie heads.

To be fair, they did have one but are currently looking for an alternative oath. The last one didn't test well due to the use of the phrase:

Per wikipedia (I know you can not always trust what is on there...still):
The White Power Battery was taken to Qward and has since been returned to Earth (Brightest Day iss 22) and after locating the Chosen One (Alec Holland who becomes the new Swamp Thing) that will take its place, the Entity and the White Power Battery left for parts unknown (Brightest Day Iss 24).

So I guess what is being said here is that there really was no time to actually set up an "oath". Besides there aren't currently any White Lantern members on earth at the moment (I think, don't hold me too that).
oh and by the way....here is a handy website that has all the "current" Lantern Corps Oaths...
btw, this is the Green Lantern Wikia notice all the variations on the Green Lantern Oath...interesting.
