Quote:Accoring to MZ's guide they only have a chance of proccing on KB flagged attacks. Kind of like how the endurance reduction from pet sets only effects attack powers, not heals or defensive powers if it was every attack it would make more sense in the tier 1s insteadGood question, but I think the fact that it is from a KB set only means it can be slotted since big bot accepts KB sets, not that it only affects KB powers. Meaning, I think it works for every attack, and the big bot has 3 AoE attacks, so anything being hit by the AoE has a 20% chance to proc.

Ask a GM to remove those guys are pretty good after a lot of trial grinding I was super tired and I accidentally crafted clarion (I thought I got barrier) and upgraded it to tier 2 core I didn't notice my mistake until the next time I logged in. I petitioned it and the gm took it away and gave me the tier 2 core barrier I thought I crafted instead.
I'm sure they wouldn't mind accomodating your ocd and if you happen to want that tier 4 later well you have to grind out a tier 1 and 2 again. No big right?
As far as the clutter is concerned you don't even see it unless you go into that power and look at the stuff you can slot instead so alternatively you could stop going into your I powers to admire them -
maybe customer service can transform your trial account into an eu account

what about aoe? if your at range you can still be hit by aoe if you only have ranged def it won't protect you at all
-
What I can add to this is that /Traps Seeker drones do not proc the reactive interface despite taking dmg sets, dmg enhancements and benefiting from the dmg portion of the alpha
-
Skipping henchmen, temps and judgement I can with the lvl shift, flawless reactive, 1 dgm proc in both PGT and caltrops, no procs in seeker drones, 3 dmg procs in brawl and 2 in acid mortar I can solo a lvl 50 PI spawn of 7 or 8 minions in a reasonable amount of time using just the amount of endurance required to setup force multiplication, mm personal attacks would speed that up a little bit at an exorbitant endurance cost the reason why people skip them is entirely reasonable

Quote:Food for thought I knew about the crazy way -dmg worked but the -res thing is new to meNo, -RES is one is one of the exceptions to AVs' blanket debuff resistance. RES debuffs are resisted if the AV has damage resistance to your damage type (or in other words, the extraordinarily awkward cliche -- "Resistance resists resistance debuffs."
).
The same thing applies to -Damage debuffs; they're unresisted by AVs, unless the AV has damage resistance to its own damage type. For instance, if you hit an Enraged Marauder with a damage debuff, he'd be unaffected because he has 100% resistance to Smash/Lethal damage, and (AFAIK) all of his attacks deal Smashing damage.
Call it a quirk of the system. On a related note, if you could slot damage enhancements in resistance powers, then you'd get 33% (schedule A) enhancement instead of the normal 20% (Schedule B) for a resistance enhancement. It's for that reason that Enzyme HOs can buff your defense powers by 33%. They're typed as DEF debuff enhancements, but the system doesn't recognize debuffs as separate and distinct from buffs. They both modify the same attribute.
TL;DR: Damage and Resistance debuffs are the only widespread exceptions to AVs' absurdly high debuff resistance (85% at level 50). -

Retain nearly everything you already purchased or unlocked, including Super Boosters, expansions, and directly purchased character slots. -
Quote:This leaving that prompt on is absolute nonsenseYou still clearly don't see it. There is a huge difference between deleting all the commons you're full up on, and accidentally clicking on the purple in the process. Having that filter on all the time when you click EVERY common you're deleting constantly is no good, and there should be an option set for each level of recipe.

Quote:don't forget the -res can only stack up to 10% which is what happens when it procs 4x the + dmg can stack 6xHas anyone been able to figure out whether the dot from the Reactive Core does more damage than the extra damage you would do with your other powers if you used the Reactive Radial? Obviously it depends on the resistance levels of your enemies, and on their debuff protection, but theoretically, you could do more damage overall with the Radial than with the Core.
I'd appreciate any input. I can't afford to build both so as to test it yet. -
Quote:both groups of CimeoransName one other group, barring the DE and Arachnos, that has a themed zone made for them?
Hollows doesn't count as its a mish-mash of Trolls, Outcasts, Igneous and CoT. Faultline doesn't count because it's a four way scrap between LB, Arachnos, Lost and Raiders. -
/sign I can't help but feel the ATs are too limiting something like provides some well needed diversity

Quote:thx1) Arrange your characters on each server in the exact order you want them. Make sure to move each character at least once.
2) Go into your CoH folder, find the subfolder with your account name on it.
3) Find playerslot.txt. (This may be tricky, what with the folder having one file for every player you've ever exchanged /tells with.)
4) Right-click, "proprieties", check "Read Only", "Apply".
Tadah! Your characters will never move around again. -

I checked this and they indeed can be enhanced for damage they even take targeted aoe damage procs and my seeker drones are benefiting from my Musculature Alpha

Quote:Wouldn't scrappers benefit more from being at the the damage cap; 500 vs 770? Since they have higher BIs and and crit on top of total damageFrom my experience in doing endless trials in the pass couple of weeks, getting to damage cap is relatively easy. I suppose the simple fact is that, with more people, there is a higher chance to have a kin there - just simple probability. So brute will pull ahead in those situations.
On the other hand, with the up-coming AoE buffs, it is more likely that you will get a buff from the buffers - their work will be easier and so likely that their will do it more regularly. So with a scrapper, you will still have good res buffs. Also, don't forget the Destiny buffs too.
So, in reality, both ATs are more or less even. Only a some unique settings can tell them apart. I personally prefer brute. I like watching my fury bar goes up - like I am working towards a goal for better damage. -
You won't be hitting res caps without extensive orange use or outside buffs so go scrapper

THe kismet proc is the 6% + tohit right? why bother with it on an MM? It will only effect the caster sets have amazing amounts of ACC built in typically and Tactics give you more tohit for you and pets

Quote:Yeah as the the recharge aspect of the recharge intensive sets would be wasted on henchmen since they don't accept any kind of +recharge(a result of bugs that occur when henchies have too much recharge) All other non pseudo pets accept both types of pet sets IIRC/unsigned. The two sets exist separately for a reason, and they shouldn't be recajiggered just because some primaries don't get access to two procs.
So bring on the change
