  1. Primary: Dark Melee, Katana, Staff Fighting
    Secondary: Willpower, Invulnerability

I imagine Titan Weapons would work as well, but I've never played with that primary.
  2. For 14 years I have been playing Magic. I still play Magic to this day and I can tell you there is nothing balanced or free of power creep in the Standard format. I dislike the format because it creates a limited metagame that forces you to either play the best deck or metagame against it. Going back this has been the problem that has plagued the game for the last few years...(that and a few broken powerful cards and mechanics). Even MTG suffers from power creep. Going back even the last ten years there has been little diversity in Standard. You can find an unbalance and power creep in the several periods during the game in MTG's Standard format.

While I agree that power creep is a problem for every game designer, I completely disagree that MTG is good example of how to combat power creep. If anything, especially recently, Wizards of the Coast completely failed in this aspect.

Michael Fassbender was also in the HBO mini-series Band of Brothers.
  5. Old Task Forces. (Synapse, Shadow Shard TF's, etc.) Some or most of them need revamps or just need to shortened.

    Whoa.
  7. Why is there not a gif of Barry Bostwick spinning his flying motorcycle.

  8. That's pretty much how I got my first Glad. Armor: +3% Def. IO. Ran my tip/alignment missions daily, ran the SSA #1 part 1 every week, and converted Reward Merits when I could afford to.

Or alternatively, now you can buy a cheap PvP IO on Wentworth's and convert it until you get one. Suffice to say, I haven't done a tip mission in a long time...(thank god).
  9. Sentry has a SG and a channel set up on Virtue server for PvP related events. So far they've got a little over 30 members in the channel and lately there's been some good activity in Recluse's Victory. Check it out if you're interested.

  11. I was expecting this to be farmed anyway, but not for the reasons I thought. You are guaranteed an Emp. Merit every successful run AND you have better odds of getting Rare and Very Components compared to the other trials. Last night I was on a league that failed to defeat Tyrant only once. But it is faster to unlock by just farming the 250, leaving and repeat. I can still see complete runs being farmed at some point when we adjust to that Tyrant end fight.

How is this different from the radiation in the Keyes, the spores room in the Underground, or during the Praetorian Yin fight in the Mind of Mayhem trials? None of these interrupt stealth. Do they?

This is the only change I do not like.

This sounds neat. I'm interested to see how much this changes combat.

Ok, when I have the box set Cowboy Bebop, and I don't exactly dig any of the other shows...Well, that's a bit of a downer. They could at least bring back Moribito, that only got one go through on CN and none of the classics from old Toonami days like Gundam Wing, probably due to licensing rights I imagine.

    Hopefully they add...something to this.

  17. Boy, just when I thought I was done with anime... and I've been hosting Grindhouse movies at my place Saturday nights on nearly a weekly basis. Guess I need a DVR.
  18. IMO, the +HP/+End accolades are easier to get blueside and click accolade powers are easier to get redside. The exception being the Elusive Mind accolade which can only be acquired in Rikti invasion zone events.
  19. As awesome as Peter Dinklage has been this season and really throughout the whole series, Charles Dance is rapidly becoming my favorite actor to watch in the series. ...Hopefully he's spared.

Hmm...well, enough Heat Loss stacks will mitigate the endurance crash...to a degree, it could work in theory.

For my money and sheer amusement, I would love to see 8 Fire/Storm controllers. 8 sets of Fire Imps, 8 Tornados, 8 Lightning Storms, and 8 Freezing Rains at once. /em popcorn.
  21. My gripe with soloing AV's especially with /SR is the when their strike breaker triggers, which it will by game design, seemingly EVERY time at some interval during the fight I get two shotted. Two hits, back to back, no time to respond, GG. I'm probably not slotting enough +HP bonuses in order to live past the two hits, but either way if their alpha lands I don't have enough anyway. But in my opinion, for the average build, your success is determined by the whim of the RNG.

Willpower or Invulernability is probably the best way to go.
  22. Here's my Dark/Shield Scrapper, no purples, PvP IO's, or ATO's. Note though I don't run OwtS, because I personally wanted to run Spring Attack and Fireball. YMMV.
