I just want to mention your avatar is too dang fast to be funny/readable. All I can tell is its various pictures of Satchel.

Oh and I liked that Vanguard gone wrong idea earlier.

But you'd actually waste an alignment merit to potentially pay for a TEMPOARY version of this power?

All I can say is that you're a weirder person than I am, Gunga Din.
No I wouldn't. I want it 'temporary' in the same sense ouro is temporary.
    Infinite charges etc..
  3. I like corruptors.
    I vote for Sonic/Sonic
  4. I would love a purchasable temporary/permanent (like ouro) power that would return you to your alignment's base (The Crucible/ Fort Trident) give it the same recharge as a Wentworth's porter.

I'd happily pay an alignment merit for such convenience too.

  6. Think of what sets you use most often. Now go check their margin.

Or, i think i'll just buy crap that i don't need just to inflate the values because i have nothing better to do in life and i don't really care if someone else is looking for these items for actual usage.

To think that people aren't treating WW like this are lieing to themselves and us. I've seen posts and pics of said actions. So, keep telling us how the "player base" sets the prices and i'll keep telling you how the alot of the buyers are just victims of the above actions that are skyrocketing the prices in WW.
I am the only one who has ever bragged about deleting purples on this forum (prove me wrong).
I never did it in hopes of making profit. Therefore you're wrong

The PVP 'Community' consists of about 50-100 people tops.

I'll let you set the numbers. 5vs5, 10vs10, 15vs15. I'll set something up for the First weekend after memorial day 2011 after I hear from you, ok?
Sorry unlike wow noone cares about pvp here.

It would take a *long* time to roll out the equivalent of 1 Rare and carry it over to the market, especially for people who only have the basic 30-slot Salvage inventory.

Fact: A couple weeks before I19, another exploit was discovered in AE, which couldn't be fixed because the game was in a "no touching the code until the next Issue release" development state. High-level Common salvage reserves dried up and the prices soared from their usual 1-1000 inf to as much as 500k. High-level Rares fell from their usual 3-5 million range into below 1 million. When I19 was released and patched the exploit, high-level commons dropped back to dirt cheap prices with thousands available, and high-level rares shot right back up to 3-4 million.

    Which is more likely?

    1) Around the time the AE exploit started making the rounds, by sheer coincidence, all the marketers stopped fixing prices on high-level rares and went around fixing prices on high-level commons instead, which caused high level rares to drop to their "real" value. Once Issue 19 launched and patched the exploit, again by complete coincidence, all the marketeers at once abandoned the common salvage and went back to fixing prices on rares instead.

    2) As the exploit started making the rounds, farmers moved to AE, and turned all their tickets into Rare salvage, causing a surplus of rares and a shortage of commons. Once the exploit was fixed, they went back to farming some regular map (Battle Maiden or something) and once again produced many commons and few Rares each reset.

This is just one example. I could name others in recent memory, like the massive crash on low-level salvage as soon as I18 came out and players were no longer rushing past levels 1-22 as soon as possible. Prices on the market have little to do with manipulation and everything to do with what parts of the game are being played by the majority.
    Ooh ooh, definitely number 1

Paying 500 inf for someone else's drop is a slap in the face

    Should at least pay 666.

    Bots/Traps input

    It is better but..
Protector bots needs some endurance reduction, ditto assault bot.
I'm not seeing any KB protection *yawns*
the 4th slot in FFG is un-needed

I don't advocate personal attacks (photon grenade) I'd take assult there. This would also give you 3 slots to toss about. Could improve trip mine slotting as well as give bots some end red...
    *yawns*

    Heading to bed now.
  14. Sweet. The only thing this announcement is missing is an issue 19.5 release date and it'd be the best thing to happen all month.

  16. I can't find a picture that puts into words how disgusted I am with this idea. 'Epic facepalm' returned nothing useful.

  18. eh.
    Honestly, I've seen better.
  19. Milehigh77: I agree with the dislike of calling it a global buff but it isn't really a universal buff either. For example venge will not be affected by the spiritual boost,as designed.
I propose the term incarnate buff simply because if we're going to coin a term we may as well make a new one and assign it the proper definition. If enough people use it then the term will becone accepted and standard somewhat like a hami-o. New players have no clue what a hami-o is learning it is just standard while learning the game.
  20. Actually in the v 1.9.0.0 release thread ( located in the city life forum) one of the team said they expect it should be ready for release in 10 days. Two days ago.

I doubt its any worse than the ingame interface. If it works I wants it.

    Bots/Traps input

Typing from phone sorry if I've missed something.
To put it bluntly, I don't like it.
Web grenade should either be unslotted or fully slotted. Wasted slot as is.
Triage beacon: can't remember offhand what niracle set offers at 4 and 5 slots. Use doctored wounds instead.
Acid mortar: not enough recharge and no achilles heel proc.
Tough: either you're planning not to run this, if so the aegis res is useless, or you're going to to be gasping for end.
Weave: def/rchg change to the triple.
Poison trap: really don't like it. You want this to be ED capped to recharge.
Trip mine: awful, no point using a proc when you gave it such low damage. Also needs recharge and accuracy.

Basically you pursued defense at the cost of everything else. I can't even fathom how you ended up so underslotted on some powers despite leaving your last 4 powers at one slot.

I'm not perfect but this build should go back to the drawing board.

Destroying a billion. Its no longer about what you've got but now what you've destroyed. Because nothing says I'm fricking rich like destroying your moneys.
