For me it was recently enough that my next due dates hasn't happened, but its showing on my account screen that it will be awarded at the correct date.

Send an in game petition from any character on the account, describing the issue.

It has to be escalated up the chain a bit but the GM team is well used to dealing with this sort of request, its not uncommon.

I got mine ~2 days after sending a petition.

I enjoy the trial, and generally the teams I am on are sucessful, but they are almost always predominantly SG/coalition teams.

It requires a little bit more co-ordination that a typical TF or Trial, and having people familiar with each otehr is a big help.

Mind you last time I ran it, we had The Ocho on the team (a prize for some event or other) and it was great fun.

Gets even worse with 'unpopular' sets. Why list something for vendor+10% tying up a slot for a few days or longer, when that slot could be selling your common salvage drops for more?

Most of my characters have at least one (well two as each is paired) common IO memorised they can craft for profit competeing for that slot as well.

    Relevant Rikti XP mods

    Communications Officer: 1.2 (of lieutenant)
    Guardian: 1.2
    Infantry: 1.2
    Quantum Infantry: 1.2
    Headman (31-40): 1.2
    Chief Mentalist: 1.6

I wouldn't say its necessarily the best, I don't have my finger on that particular pulse, but they certainly are juicy. I like running them on my 50s for inf and drops.
  7. Blueside:
    Catwhoorg Scrapper (Claws/regen).
I checked a couple of weeks ago and he was at 2012 hours played (Mayan DooOoom incarnate). 673 Badges and my goto guy for a fun time. Master of STF, ITF and Khan. Soloer of most TFs in the game (bar Quaterfield, Faathim, States, ITF and Khan)

    Dark Soy Sauce Defender (kin/dark)
Started as a bit of a joke throwaway charactr and my 2nd oldest defender. I enjoy the effectiveness of the teams she joins, but can't take playing a kin for too long. I get worn out.

    Diva Lanzarote Defender (son/son)
Leader of the Paragon Opera. Fun combination, thats brings a lot to most teams.

    Doc Pinewood Defender (emp/elec)
/elec for defenders is sub-par for sure these days. Thats means he has a strong focus on the emp part and then adds a little bit from the extra attacks. Motto 'Total Focus: Apply directly to the forehead'

    Firey Red Tanker (fire/fire)
Built pre-I3 and burned her way through a couple of AVs solo. These days she is used in a scrapper role, and remains very effective

    Gjallerhorn Tanker (shield/ax)
Created for a once a week team, that included 3 shield characters. Very fast run to 50 on that team

    Hari Cane Controller (ice/storm)
More of a storm/Ice really. Immob to lock em down, then let the storm pets lose. I brign chaos, that is controlled and an end bar that runs out fast.

    Kittenwhoorg Scrapper (claws/SR)
Idled. I know /SR is more potent when built right, I just find it less fun. RP wise the son of Catwhoorg, but wheever I'm bringing scrapper at 50, Cat is the one

    Mister Wales Defender (rad/rad)
3rd oldest defender. and my 1st defender 50. Still comes out to play a lot on TFs, but is being supplanted as a goto person by Diva. Former Rugby player and was my first Global Heroics Character.

    Mr England. Blaster (Arch/NRG)
Simple RAW AOE damage. Rain of arrows early, frequently and often. One from the Agincourt mould.

    Mr Falkland Islands Blaster (AR/Dev)
First blaster 50. Another built for AOE damage, cone after cone after cone. Fun build.

    Redside:

Commander Voorg Arachnos Soldier Crab form.
Plays very similar to Falkland Islands, but with a whole lot more survivability. I consider Voorg to be my redisde 'main' right now

    Revenant Cat Mastermind (Necro/Dark)
Pretty much idled these days. had a lot of fun with the combination and soloed a good number of AVs on the way up.

    ShadowCatwhoorg Stalker (claws/regen)
My 1st redside 50 and I hated every bit of it from 35 or so and up. Only the promise of VEATS and double XP weekends got me there. Actually played more now at 50 than on the way there, thanks to flashbacks, I can pick and choose interesting stories without a lot of defeat alls.

    Smash Engrab Brute (SS/fire)
Took me a long time to settle onto a brute I enjoyed. Smash leveled up fast and furiously. Footstomp with a full fury bar is a joy to behold.

You saw their slotting screens ?

Gjallerhorn my own shield/ax tank hasn't caused knockback except against vulnerable foes, or in rare cases when a foe gets hit by 2 knockdown powers (nearly) simultaneously.

Ax has no inherent knockback powers.

  10. I was just thinking, my main concern with /WP is the lack of a click self-heal.

So of course, when I get home I'll have to roll a DM/WP scrapper now.

  12. Every character I have that will switch will be doing so for story related reasons.

One of the storys is already in the MA (A Nation Goes Rogue - the final fall of my first Mr England.), and Im working on a second character's one now. (the Redemption of Catwhoorgshade). Im not that big of a Role Player, but it just seems to me that falling/redmeption should be a RP thing over a metagaming thing.

Outside of the market, I have no strong red versus blue feelings, and can normallly get a redside team going if I want one.

Blueside the market provides, redside its a barren wasteland outside of the level caps for various drops. Hopefully this will be addressed somehow in GR, if it is then the only metagaming driver for me to swicth will be gone.

Catwhoorg the character, I can safely say will not fall. Even if it means that hundreds of badges are firmly out of his grasp, he will not do so.
  13. The only thought I have have is the OP mayeb be confusing people disliking the playing of WP, with disliking the set per se

Just like /SR I find it is a set I dont enjoy playing, becasue of the toggle on and thats it. I enjoy the active focus of /regen and /dark where timing your clicks is a big part of the sets effectiveness.

Add to that the weak taunt aura.

I know its a very effective set (and am trying it again on a new scrapper), but generally its not for me.
  14. Having run the new cape mission and got the game crash no less than 3 times in a row, even using different peoples versions of the mission, I thank you for that fix.
  15. Mainly as I have an active roster on Triumph of about 50 characters.

    Plus various alts scattered elsewhere.

I like many I know, started our 2nd accounts via a buddy code, so no box purchase was necessary.

I rarely 2 box actively. I have been know to park one at a Positron, whilst the other 'solos' the TF, swapping to the leader to set missions etc. Then bringing the leader in only for the final mission and badge.

The other point about being good for 'wealth' is inflation. Right now enhancements 'stuck' on characters not used much if at all is a massive influence sink. Suddenly freeing up that inf, even in the form of ready crafted items, has a strong inflationary effect.

You (generic you) may end up with more inf in absolute terms, but in terms of what that inf can buy at the market you could be worse off. Wealth is more than a raw number, as the Zimbabwe Dollar showed most dramatically.
  17. If 10 enhancements isn't 'worth' the 30-50 million or so for a respec recipe, they clearly aren't THAT valuable.

If they are, then pay that cost to free then up.

    Set bonuses?

    Generally my defenders prioritize:

    Recharge and Ranged Defense

Which takes priority depends upon the exact Defender.
    This is entirely for PVE.

Big Picture wise I agree entirely, I hate the actual respec process especially on a high level character.

I do disagree with the idea that retaining more than 10 is part of the issue here.

    Purple Recipies

I'm waiting on Archie's compilation of several peoples results.

I dont earn enough purples to get a good result on my own.

Speaking of which i need to submit another chunk of logfiles to him.
