Send an in game petition from any character on the account, describing the issue.
It has to be escalated up the chain a bit but the GM team is well used to dealing with this sort of request, its not uncommon.
I got mine ~2 days after sending a petition.

Did you get the next one on time (1-2 months later) or did it start counting from that point on (3 months later)?
This happened to a friend of mine who had her account accidentally lapse (expired cc I think). She was only locked out of the game for a few hours before it got resolved but her veteran awards are now about 2 months behind mine.
For me it was recently enough that my next due dates hasn't happened, but its showing on my account screen that it will be awarded at the correct date.

I'm 3 petitions, one bug report and a month past due on mine seems to be a rash of them at the moment
The pellet with the poisons in the Vessel with the Pessel, the Chalice from the Palace has the brew that is true...
Sending more than one petition does nothing but clog the petition line. Instead of sending multiple petitions, you should instead UPDATE your FIRST petition.

Not entirely sure if this si the right place for this, but it seems that i haven't had a veteran reward for 5 months, i got the 27 month in jul and haven't had one since. My subscription has never been unpaid? any ideas how i can fix this?
