I can confirm both the AE edition and the COV collectors edition boxes also state this.

They happen to in my study here.

Whilst I cannot disgraee with this idea, it should be a new zone, not taking 4 existing zones (with 4 task forces contained within them) and adding PVP.

I have to wait until September to join you in fatherhood.

Mags and I are expecting a daughter, do you know whats coming your way ?

    Hi!

    Welcome back
  6. I'll be spending my VIP points on upping my storage

All except the vault, which I never use.

Enhancements first, then recipes and salvage and finally AH.
  7. Being as some of the things to test are, powerset proliferation, the new tutorial and the new starting arcs, I'd say starting at 1 is a good idea
  8. I find Keyes quite fun and its pretty simple to grasp

Each reactor you have to shut off the 10 consoles, how you get the temp powers to do it does vary between the reactors, but at its heart that's the essence of the trial

Shut the three reactors down, then the big fight versus AM as a finale.
  9. Not a good idea to me.

Smacks too much of 'pay to win'
  10. Very cool.

I love it when the inner geek of a teacher comes out like that.
  11. Not for us this year, as its too close to my wife's due date.

  13. More variety would be good.

I run tips a lot on my 50s, (foe Hero Merits) and it is rather repetitive

I doubt anyone will find my build to their tastes, primarily built for +recharge, but it does me handily solo or on teams

Your 14. keep flying, it normally fixes itself for me after a couple of seconds, especially if you bank left or right

Doing some back of the envelope math: Looking at Devastation set as I was working on a defender build when I read this.

    At level 45
    Acc 63.28
    Dam 97.09 (after ED)
    Endrec 43.04
    Rech 63.28

    At level 50
    Acc 66.25
    Dam 97.89 (After ED)
    Endrec 45.05
    Rech 66.25

Extrapolating to level 55 (for the full set or a total of 30 levels of enhancement improvements)
    Acc 69.22
    Dam 98.69
    Endrec 47.06
    Rech 69.22

I think you would be looking at a couple of points of damage maximum, and a recharge bonus that is less than a single uncommon IO set bonus (5%).

Really minimal changes in power, and hardly worth anyone's concern.
  17. Going forward you get 1 token/month

For the initial slug its one per vet badge (3 months).

So you should get ~30 for the current time and 1-2 more by the time Freedom launches.
  18. All those times I have knocked mobs into a tar patch, ice slick freezing rain and the like must be my imagination I guess.

One of these powers is not like the others. A centered on self PBAOE simply has to cause scatter. A well positioned cone (and shockwave is not a melee cone it has 30 feet range) simply doesn't. In fact can be used to group in the way that all LB powers when there is a convenient wall or corner.

A set of *anything* works well.

But I need nuclear powered nose clippers...

I saw them on QVC just once before the whole embargo thing, and didn't jot down the details
  21. Put it this way, it predates punchvoke and taunt being an AOE
  22. Catwhoorg

    influence cap

The cap is related to the binary amount that can be saved as a 32 but signed integer (approx 2.1 billion inf)

In the old-old days I recall seeing screenies of folks who went past the max limit of that and ended up with roughly -2.1 billion inf.

It affects relatively few folks, and there is an easy workaround.

Recoding that to a 64 bit integer (if possible at all) is certainly non-trivial in time, effort and most importantly bug checking.

Hmm interesting thought. I'm 95% certain I will do just that.

Grinding 6 accounts in my case to 50 though could be time consuming
