You KNOW what I mean.... Well more or less anyway.

Glad to help you Berzerker_NA as far as Stark is concerned hes not smart every one around him is just really stupid.
  3. Serum SUCKS I have taken it used it for a time it SUCKS.

Repair is 1/2 good it could use less rechage and a faster animation shure but, IMO Serum should be looked at first.
  4. Keep in mine that SOA are listed as Natural despite them geting there powers from there armor and guns the only "Natural" part of there powers is there leadership and fitness. All the rest is Guns, Traps, and Armor/Power Armor. (Widows are different matter many of there skills are based on there psychic ability's and all tho they seam to be treated as normal in Paragon/RI I would consider them a mutation.)

That is if you want to go by a Semi-cannon reference point

In my honest opinion however You would be a Technology origin if with out your Tec your powerless. If this toon your making, was put in a jail cell with nothing could they get out without help? Or if they were stranded on an island with Canables could she mix local plants into a poison with out help from things like a lab or advanced equipment? (I would assume you would have simple things like a mortar and pestlel)

The best way to decide is to put your toon into various settings and then RP in your head. How would she get out of it?

Then objectively look back and see how she dealt with the problems at hand and what she used to make it so.

Ah yes I do believe I've heard this before.

  6. Acid Mortar has a timer, ammo limit, and health the loss of any will cause it to despawn. It has 10 shots and lasts 60 seconds so you have to get your recharge down to less than 60 from its base of 90 seconds. Also it will only use one shot per mob so you need to have a lost of mobs to get the most of having 2 out in the first place. I don't think I have ever seen 3 out at once maby If you got hasten and a kin and slotted for recharge but its not worth it. (IMO)

On Triage Beacon a Cor gets very little use out of it for any thing other than EB/AVs. (IMO) If you have it and your play style works with it more power to you.

And yes the similarity between Bots/FF and paint drying are few and far between

True however they almost never last that long. Most people use them just to take the alpha any way.

It is. Traps is a great set on an MM, I dont even have Hasten on mine and I can put down 2 Acid Mortars and 2-3 caltrops. Most spawns don't last that long tho but that's solo on 0 (x8).

On most teams it wont matter because there moving so fast, in fact what I do is go ahead to the next group and drop Poison Trap/Acid Mortar in body guard mode.

Trip mine is great if you set up a lot of them then pull a lot of mobs into them and instakill them all; But most of the time you would have been better off just attacking outright due to the time it takes to set that up right.

Edit: Oops forgot what forum I was in on Cors traps is a bit different because you have nothing to guard you or even to distract the mobs I haven't gotten my DP/Traps up to 50 yet but Seeker drones and Poison trap are VERY important to a Cor as in Acid Mortar don't forget that you are both a Ranged damage dealer AND a Buffer/debuffer as a Cor always De-buff first solo or on a team you'll be far more useful to every one that way. also don't forget that your damage mitigation is in the fear effect of Caltrops and Acid Mortar as well as the hold in Poison Trap. I would defadently put a Lockdown chance for +2 mag hold in Poison Trap.

I would also skip Triage Beacon on a Cor but thats a personal prefance. Also both Time bomb and Trip mine on a Cor because Time bomb SUCKS and unless your soft caped you'll never get Trip Mine off. (Solo on a team you might get it off but teams don't even need that IMO)

    I need to vent!

I would have asked nicely twice. Demanded once. Then kicked.

Then again, that's how I always handle problematic teammates.

Which ones are they and how much you want? My Commando needs the Soul Bound set.
  11. Bronze Knight

    Speed.

Wow I can't even complete the ping test my internet sucks that badly. I keep getting a Packet loss test error.
  12. Cool thread is cool.

Here is my DP/Traps Coruptor Victoria Von Heilwig!

Shes from an alternate Earth wheres theirs nothing but War. I'm calling it War Earth. (Original I know.) The shoulder Tec 1 pieces are reflex and muscle boosters. That's how she can shoot faster than the eye can follow. She has a Disease from a Magical Biological Weponised virus from War Earth. However she needs money to manufacture antidote for Biological part of disease. The Magical Part of the Disease is “Burning” her soul. Weakening its attachment to her physical body. So shes climbing the ranks of Arachnos in the hoaps that Ghost Widow can cure her and maybe be sent back to her own reality.
  13. I wate till 22 or 25 then slot IO's I genraly dont bother with it untill then. at 35 I make a few more IO's and some times a 3 pice Effency addaptor for stamana (depends on how the toon is so far) then at 50 I use mids plan out a full set build ask for help on it in the AT forums and then farm/TF/SF's till i can build it all.

  15. Enemy Resistances - Damage and Mez - City of Heroes Forums

There it is to save other people the trouble of searching. Its really detailed and has a lot of information in there.
  16. You can Unsummon your henchmen to resummon them with out them dieing. Right click at the top under the All Pets and select Unsummon it should look like a big X.

You can also try useing the GO-TO command. The thing with pets is that there not very smart it helps to "Spam" the same command over and over again till they do what you want them to.
  17. Are there any guides on resists for DP? Like what badys are weak to what?

    My Q.Q

No Legacy Semi-Auto for Dual Pistols.

    P.S. Shameless plug is shameless.
  22. No! no! no! The Semi-Auto is small looks like a fething 9mill I want the Legacy Semi-Autos All the Legacy weapons are bigger. They look like the Desert Eagle. No I'm not making a Lara Croft copy.

It's just that every other weapon set has a Legacy version and I wanted to use it.
  23. The Legacy Semi-Auto is NOT avable for Dual Pistols on any AT (other than MM's).

    WHAT THE F***!

    WHY!

The only reason I can think of is that there making a new skin/model for it that will come with I17. Even so cant we have the old one in the mean time?
