I'm assuming the OP is playing a hero, so will either get a (comparative) pittance for SA pieces, or will have to wait until (and purchase) GR in order to get inf from the ravenous Masterminds for it.

Hey man, Soulbound may not be the best set, but its great for using in certain powers, such as Gang War or Phantom Army, where you may be trying to have your cake and eat it too (acc, dam, rech maxed or close with slots left over for special slots like pet defense or build up).

I've only had 2 purples drop since i-9 went live and I paly a LOT! Then again, I don't farm much, either.
