That's a great screen shot Wrong_Number!
I played for about 2hrs last night without issue. Used the Wentworth teleporter to go to Altas: had flashing until I logged out 10 minutes later. -
I would recommend actually emailing the community team to let them know of the issues with the Server Status page. I also noticed that it doesn't show the time stamp anymore.

My Global Channels were missing this morning when I logged on, but about 5-10 minutes later they were all there. Seems like there is a delay in that server picking up your connection.

This launcher has never worked for me. I've had extensive help from Alpha Wolf and Avatea, trying to get it to run. I've reinstalled XP, I've bought a new router. Nothing.
I have been playing since launch, with a few weeks here and there of inactive status due to finances. I run two accounts and have purchased every booster pack and expansion twice.
CoH is the only game I play, and I implore you to make this thing optional. If it goes live, i'm donefor. You're about to lose a loyal player who is willing to buy everything offered multiple times. I love this game, this community and this dev team. I'm really filled with dread over this.
If you can't get the NCSoft Updater to work you might be able to use Steam instead. -
Just wanted to be sure. There's a workaround if that happens if when you don't have room for the enchancement.
I'd create a petition and see if they can get your IOs back. Be very specific about what character sent the email, what character tried to retrieve the IOs and which IOs have gone missing. -
Did the character actually have room for the enhancements?

All the faction ones can be seen on Paragon Wiki by looking at the mobs in that faction. The Phantoms look like the Phantom Army from Illusion, and the Polar Lights look like wisps from Croatoa.
Oh, and you can get a look at them by taking your Incarnate character to the Tailor and looking at the power customization section for the Lore slot, I do believe. -
Has everyone experiencing these issue entered a support ticket?

Here are the exact steps from the ticket I put in when this happened to me:
1. Log on with the character that originally claimed (or tried to claim) the original mail message and attachment.
2. Clear inventory space so the character has room to acquire whatever the item was. If the character has 2 billion Inf, go spend some. If the character has 10 enhancements or a full recipe or salvage inventory, transfer them to auction house space or otherwise clear them out.
3. Create a new mail message, addressed to your own global handle, and add an attachment. Click Send.
This should reset the system, claim the original mail attachment and allow your character to send mail messages normally again. -
This worked for me (iirc):
Clear space out on the character that tried to claim the IO. Send him another one. This should kick the first one out of limbo. -
