All the faction ones can be seen on Paragon Wiki by looking at the mobs in that faction. The Phantoms look like the Phantom Army from Illusion, and the Polar Lights look like wisps from Croatoa.
Oh, and you can get a look at them by taking your Incarnate character to the Tailor and looking at the power customization section for the Lore slot, I do believe.

you need to have the lore slot unlocked in order to see them in the tailor screen btw.
Level 50s: to many to remember at this point
my search fu failed. Is there a thread that has pics of all the new lore pets? I really want to see what they look like before I select one.
