losing items from e-mail

Did the character actually have room for the enhancements?

my enhancement tray only had one IO in it, which i had just retrieved from e-mail.
then i lost 2 or 3 in a row and gave up after that.
i still have a dozen or so plus 1/2 a billion inf in e-mail that i'm afraid to touch.
Just wanted to be sure. There's a workaround if that happens if when you don't have room for the enchancement.
I'd create a petition and see if they can get your IOs back. Be very specific about what character sent the email, what character tried to retrieve the IOs and which IOs have gone missing.

Make sure it was an enhancement and not a recipe.
Log a petition, they will be able to track the issue down.
e-mailed several crafted IO's to myself.
when i claimed them from the e-mail they just disappeared.
they were no longer attached to the e-mail and were not deposited into my enhancement tray.
i've lost 5+ enhancements doing this now.
anyone else experienced this?
