I'd prefer something like a Bounty Hunter, that starts off as a Rogue or Vigilante instead of Villain or Hero.
I like the way Soldier/Widow have 4 different powerset groups to choose from (after 24). so a Bounty Hunter would have a group of Range attacks, group of Melee attacks, a group of resist/Defense sets and the group would be Device/Traps.
But it is just a rough idea. -
American Mage Illusion/Rad (slotted not sure if it is tier 1 or 2)
Mystic Freak Mind/Elec DOM (Tier 2)
McArchvillain Ice/Icy DOM (Tier 2) -
Forlorn Hope
Basically a set of "Portal Coordinates" Were sent to to Vanguard, and just like everything that is suppose to be secret, Nemesis, Lord Recluse, Longbow, 5th Column, all intercepted the message too.
On an alternate Earth, a massive Nuetron Bomb Exploded and wiped out 95% of all life, but left all buildings and technology in tact, some equipment may be damaged by some EMP. But also the world is still full of resources. All the groups wish to control the area, but all groups are fighting for control.
You can take missions from the various factions available(alignment restricted). Alignment Restriced means some missions are only available to you if you are Rogue. Vig, Hero, Villain. Some for Money, Glory, Power, and because it is the right thing to do.
Each Faction also will allow you to unlock special items/costume pieces.
Also we need the Big Friggin 5th Column/Council Robot as a GM -
Side note. On getting the recipes you want. Use AE tickets and Random Rolls.
Crushing Impacts and Thunder Strikes are pretty common on Bronze ticket rolls on any group 30+. THe Steadfast uniques (KB and Resist/KB) and Karma (KB) are common on the 10-14 Bronze rolls. Also you can use the tickets to get salvage which is outragously priced on the market. (Now that I say this the randomizer will jinx it)
You will get alot of junk recipes, but it is random. I would check the market though, some do sell remarkablly well. -
I'd rather have a well built brute on my team than a well built Tank.

I am not sure how it would have to work. But Maybe a sub option, like the Short, long, no Hair. I know that means alot of work for the art department, but that small step would being lots of love to them.

Sounds like you need to come to Guardian. There is practically no PvP. I have help people all the time do Shivan and Nuke Runs even being an "enemy"
Occasionally there will be a PvP event, but it is usually prodcasted on Global Channels. Mainly because they need more players for teams. -

I am not sure where the issue lies. But on Shield Defense for my Brute. No matter what lvl of Training IO I place in the power Phalanx Fighting, it gives 3.75 def. Mids does not reflect this. So I am not sure if the bug is Mids or in Game.
NVM... the 3.75 is listed under effects. I see how mids has it working.
Nothing here just a PEBCAK -
I posted the Evil one, and Doc posted the Good one. Notice the Justice boots

My default CC toon is McArchVillain or his brother McPeaceBringer
I'll probably bring American Mage if I can make it. -
THey are extending it 4 weeks, because Castle did not tell them how to turn it off. That is the estimated time it will take to find it

I decided not to take a toon rogue just for an event.(Not worth my Villain Merits) I may show up on one of the few heroes I have.

Quote:Thanks, I usually take CJ on everything, I just wanted the extra 7.5% Run and chose the first thing I sawAt first glance, I suggest replacing stealth with combat jumping. The defense from stealth only applies when you are NOT discovered. After foes find you, the defense is much less.

I am not ready to give my first born for PvP rescipes, but Purples and Others I don't mind springing for.

I must stay away from you. The Computer has not told me of these Holidays you speak of... If the computer doesn't tell us then they don't exsist. But then again I only have Infrared security clearance.
