    Thoughts?
I'm sure everyone will remain in the same SG/VG unless they decide to quit it simply because if you were kicked when you switched sides then you'd have some PO'd folks. I can see it know, leaders of a SG/VG switching sides and getting kicked out of their OWN SG/VG.

Would be epic fail if that happened.

For someone that has Billie Mays as their avatar, I think you can give a better sales pitch than that!
  3. I appreciate what your doing as I would love to have one Justice channel for all things, instead of six. I really don't like the name JFA2010 either and Justice United has a nice ring to it. If this doesn't work, then I'll need to petition the devs. the allow us to select more global channels.

    Tweaks and fixes

I think that the Absolute Amazement proc is bugged in PvP as well. I think the duration of the -tohit is like one second on a player.
  5. Here's another build I came up with that uses weapon mastery for webnade so that you can ground those fliers and slow down those ss/sj stalkers. Also, more +rech and proc goodness. I'm actually thinking about specing my scrapper into this pvp build using the dual build option, but it might take me awhile to finish seeing as it's a multibillion inf. build.

  6. If you take physical perfection, then your uniques +rec will double if you slot three end mods there along with the uniques. Basically the end. mods boost the uniques +rec. So you could technically say Num +rec is better than the perf. shifter proc.

Are people so inherently afraid of death that they will do anything to survive, even though dieing has no downside except for losing all your end and most of your hp, as well as being teleported near the entrance. I dont know about you guys but it only takes me about 15 seconds to get back into battle from the hosp.

First.... try to exaggerate less. You get a 25 second timer before you can even engage anyone again. Best case scenario you are a Regen and can recover enough HP and End in that time to not just get picked off again *AND* have the fight occurring right outside your base. Worst case... the fighting is on the other side of the zone in which case your 15 seconds is more like 60+ I'm not sure about you but when zone action is going on, if one or two people from one team die off, the other usually pushes the rest of the team back (or picks them off) pretty quickly. Just because you are fine with losing doesn't mean anyone else has to be.
He uses RotP and that's why it takes him less than 15 secs. to be back in the fight. Also, gotta love Sentry's Juggernaut rp!
  11. Funny story about Phase I had in RV. I was breaking up some fiteclubbers on my Fire/SS tank and had to use Phase. One of the villains was getting pissed and said something like "Man you gotta be one of the only Fire/SS tanks on Justice with Phase." Not 10 seconds later another Fire/SS tank showed up. I asked in broadcast if he had phase and he said "Yes." To which the I replied in broadcast to the villain "See I'm not the only one Fire/SS tank with Phase." The guy on the villain said "I didn't say you were the only one."

Phase is a great escape power and would make your regen a tough kill for sure, so I wouldn't care what anyone says.
  12. What power or accolade is that in your power tray that's red? Also, gratz!

    Exactly!

I can have my second account dead in the mission and PL them at the same time!

You realize that with set bonuses you have over 50% accuracy bonus so why use a kismet +6% accuracy? There are more things wrong with that build then there are right.

I have no room to talk cuz my build I'm sure won't win me any pats on the back but at least it is what it is on its own when solo or teamed.
This is purley a build for farming Battle Maiden as I stated. I can farm other maps, but don't. RotP is great power for when you do get killed for not paying attention to your HP. The reason for the Kismet is the more acc the better and nothing better to go there.

Finally, this build works great for me and I dispute your claim there are more things wrong than right.
  15. Thanks for pointing this out. I didn't realize it would be better to slot a Miriacle +rec in PP rather than health to get twice as much +rec.

Honestly. I just personally wish for a single day, stalkers got their pre-13 scalar back. People hate playing stalkers now. People would cry bad. I miss two shotting regens and 1 shotting most squishys I r sad nao.
Fixed because I love playing against Stalkers now.

Getting rid of the one-shot code for PvP was necessary, though I'm sure you felt awesome when you killed squishies in one shot and they didn't have a chance to fight back.
  17. This build is pretty close I think to a perfect build for farming Battle Maiden. If I had more inf. I would switch out the Doctored Wounds IOs for Panacea IOs is all. Also, if you notice in this build, I can get soft capped defense to everything except I'm a little short for soft capping Psi. Even my Imps are soft capped in this build when the situation calls for it. =D

While that tactic will work in a zone enviroment, I think in an arena setting it would be difficult Even I can kill a Thug/Pain on my Emp/Sonic defender with the TP Foe tactic in RV.

    Why PvP?

That on its own merit confused me for a moment. Then I thought about it and considered the fact. Why PvP? Thats when I generated a nice little list of good reasons to PvP

    1. The Challenge - The AI for the most part is fairly easy to deal with. However other players, now there is something to will get me thinking. Going up against good PvPers to make me think and rethinking tactics, speed up reaction time and get the old adrenaline pumping.

    2. The People - PvPers get a bad rap because of a few. Alot of the PvPers I know are actually not only good players but good people too. They are helpful, answer questions and are generally fun.

    3. The Zone Fights - I am talking large scale zone battles here. Nothing more fun then 10 plus players on each side battling it out. Between the numbers game and surviving it really is alot of fun. Coordinated team assaults are also a blast.

    4. 1v1 Arena Fights - (not Fite Club) - Just you, your build and your strategy. Makes for some adrenaline filled fights, depending on your opponent and how well you are doing. Regardless these fights are fun.

    5. Team PvP - Working together to accomplish a singular goal, Win and defeat as many opponents as possible. The strategy, the coordination and the overall play really locks me into team PvP.

    6. Battle Royals - Oh man, 20 plus people fighting for their own means against everyone else. Getting in your final attack before someone takes your kill. Getting in the final blow to grab a kill for yourself. Defending yourself against an onslaught of attackers.

    7. Tournaments - No matter what the settings are its win or watch. Puts everything to the test. Not everyone wins but usually everyone has a good time.

Overall for me PvP enhances my gameplay. I still enjoy aspects of PvE but PvP fills those gaps that PvP just can not provide. As a bonus I enjoy the company I find when I PvP.

I close this post with a question, Why do you PvP?

The tl;dr version: Why I like PvP? Why do you like PvP?
Only thing I would add is a chance to get a PvP IO recipe that sells for the influence/infamy cap.

4am is the exact middle of the time I'm usually playing at night, and it's also pissing off our Aussie friends, for whom the new downtime falls at 9pm. It's a global game; have some global concern, will ya?

And what's with this Tuesday downtime bull$%^?! As if f%$#ing up my Friday and Monday mornings wasn't bad enough, now you're screwing with my days off?!

On the upside, this makes jumping ship for another MMO much easier... c'mon SWTOR, hurry up already!
I'm sure the new times are favorable for some people and not so much for others. The downtimes were announced, so just plan your time accordingly. I'm watching Heroes from last night On Demand since I had to work until midnight.

Ergo the maximum legitimate progress from the single cycle the Cathedral was active will be 5/20

If the Cathedral ever comes back, the whole system will be overhauled and thus some of the details known right now maybe in error.
This is actually not correct Cat. You were allowed only five of each IoP. So you could have 5 mez resist IoP, 5 +xp IoP, 5 +Dam IoP and 5 debt repayment IoP for 20 IoP. So it would have been possible, but the most I ever heard of someone having was 9 IoP
. Noone else had the prestige at the time the CoP was available to be able to afford a base that could hold 20 if you ask me would be the main reason why noone would have this badge.

Also, I think this badge would have been for the elite sapper plans.

Just grab a Shivan to help with the DPS to help with CWK. I've dual boxed him a couple times.
  24. If your a squishy, then I think SS+SJ is more essential. When I fight on my emp and there aren't any -jump powers effecting me I don't die that often, but put a web envelope on me I have to retreat until it where's off mainly to protect against assasin strikes.

I've seen maybe one or two heroside Therms on Justice so I don't think I'd worry about them too much.
So we can agree if he's solo, then he could use the medicine pool? Especially without tough to up his resists, I know my Fire/SS tank would own him with his current build.
