Here's another build I came up with that uses weapon mastery for webnade so that you can ground those fliers and slow down those ss/sj stalkers. Also, more +rech and proc goodness. I'm actually thinking about specing my scrapper into this pvp build using the dual build option, but it might take me awhile to finish seeing as it's a multibillion inf. build.

It's a high HP build with not so much recharge but went for HP and +regen with some dmg bonuses.
Don't take phase if this toon is for zones you can just pick up etheral shift.

Hmm Wierd, try this one. Personally i wouldn't bother with tough unless you plan on fiteklubbing (Lol). In my build you can always switch assault for stealth, if you can get it to load :>

Nope still not working,
Unable to read data - tried on stony's hero designer (i16) and mids original which I use for all my builds.
I have tweaked a super build so far that I am really happy with so im pretty sure it will be good, it's just gonna cost a silly amount of inf. Back to the farm.

Concealment does basically make it so you will have a hard time dying unless you get mobbed, you can take concealment and fighting though, fitness isn't needed at all.
Here is the build that I am planing at the moment, and before anyone says anything yes I know that this is gonna cost a bomb.... it's not an issue.
So far this has taken loads of tweaking and has been about 10 different variations, but its the way I like it now... (i think) unless anyone can point out major problems.
This will be used for PvP Zonal, and Duels.
The one thing that annoys me in Zones are Fotm Therm/Elec Corrs, this has been spec'd so that hopefully sappers are not an issue.

I think seeing as you have gone weapons mastery and you say therms is the one set giving you trouble then i would try fit that performance shifter proc in stamina, drop the KB IO's in order to slot this. You don't need KB IO's when you got a KB shield. I think they fixed the KB surpression when mezzed now so you shouldn't get KB at all as long as intergration is toggled. Though i maybe wrong :S
Persoanlly i think SJ is over slotted put 2 Micro at max in it you can use the other slot elsewhere. Maybe on Storm kick and change the hecatombs into Eagles claw and add a glad strike proc to make the sixth slot on EC and change the sloting on storm kick to the full PVP set? Just a suggestion.
They are the changes i would make anyway. Other than that i think it's a solid build

Thats a super idea Gamete thank you, I swapped the IO and changed the PVP's to Storm and Hecatombs to Eagles Claw, I hadn't realised that the %'s in my biggest attack were lacking.... Instead of the proc I used the ***/Rech from another Purple set to max out the Acc/Dmg/Rech of that power... there aren't many Acc/Rech IO's in the game but luckily there was a space for one to complete that power.

Kb is still a killer in Zones tho... a Domi with power push or Lift can cause havoc due to the animation times...

Looking good, though you still don't need the Knockback IO's. You could switch the one in CJ for a kismet +acc and take the one from stealth and put it into Stamina for the performance shifter proc.
Or use those slots however you see fit but i think the KB's are abit of a waste now they fixed the KB surpression.

It wasn't suppression that was causing the KB was it?? Sorry just don't have alot of faith in not using them.. My WP tank used to get punted about left right and centre before I slotted extra KB...
I did however check the % of To hit and they seem ok and decided to moved a slot from Focus Chi to Webnade, changed Focused Chi to 2 Recharge IO's (only 1sec diff) and add a Range IO to Webnade.

Yeh it was Holds, stuns etc that was causing all KB toggles to surpress. Which is why tanks and scraps or anything with a KB toggle was getting KB'ed. The KB resistence in that toggle was surpressed when held or w/e. You shouldn't get KB'd now with just the toggle on. I know i don't get KB'ed on my tank or stalker and they dont have any extra KB prot outside of their toggles.

edit and lift really is only useful on squishys does it actually do good damage? I've never noticed
It's more for the Kb instead of dmg, soft mitigation and KB toons can't heal etc....
So even power push slotted for KB won't KB integration ?

No, nothing will kb a melee powerset with kb protection. This is how it was supposed to be, and how it was until things got broken in I13.
The one exception I've personally found is Widow/Fort kb protection. It is bugged, and doesn't actually work. But nobody plays them anymore, so nobody cares.

Hey guys, I have been working on a new toon for zonal PvP.
I would like it if Conflict or Mac could look at it for me, to get a stateside view.
Never had a scrapper before and I have been hearing super things about this set.
Now this is a project toon, and I intend on spending alot of time and effort making her just right.
I am looking for a build and I would like to include PVP IO sets, Procs etc, and I was leaning towards Phase over Tough.
But if anyone can help with the pimpiest build possible I would really appreciate it.
