Sonic/pain corr is pretty versatile, maybe sonic/TA for zone teaming.
Both have the advantage that they are also fun to level... not the case with all PvP toons
You might want to revamp your builds rather than rerolling. List what you have and I betcha people in the pvp forums will be happy to tell you whats viable that you already have,as well as, how to tweak the build to get it current.
I've seen a couple of mind control/elec assault dominators doing reasonably well in Siren's Call.

that's great in the new pvp system. /ele has build up, which since doms damage multiplier is much higher, is much more useful. And mind has levitate.

good idea to revamp what i have
here are my 50s on the server that i want to play:
corr: fire/cold, fire/sonic, ice/rad, fire/kin, sonic/kin, ice/thermal
brute: ss/stone, fire/fire, ss/sd, db/wp, dm/sr
dom: fire/fire
mm: bots/storm
widow/fort and crab/bane
also have a stalker at 47- em/sr
if none of those are very good, i could play blue
my toons in upper 40s and 50 are:
scrap: dm/fire, spines/fire, spines/dark
blasters: fire/ice, fire/fire, ice/elec, arch/mm
cont: fire/kin, ill/rad
defen: kin/ice
oh, and i want to play mainly in RV, both teaming and solo

The Fire/Cold corr and the Fire/Fire Dom would work best. You could probably make the Bots/Storm work as well.

The fire/fire brute, em/SR stalker, and spines/fire scrapper would also be fairly good, if you like playing melee. Not top tier, but you could make them work.

I think all of your corrs except the kins would do well in RV. Even kins can be fun by using transference to suck their end really fast. Take that with a grain of salt though, I am not a corr or kin expert.
That arch/mm blaster built right could wreck some face as well.

Speaking of Fire/Fire Doms, I also have one at 50. Anyone got a build for it? Mine is a complete mess and shelved, atm.
hmm my suggestion would be to /uninstall and move onto a game that fully supports pvp.
