  1. I'd rather both of them stay and just be adjusted. No win for those who hate everything and no win for those who think they should stay.

Travel Suppression can be made only to effect you while being damaged, debuffed, or healed by an ally. Remove the supression from buffs, -regen, and inspiration popping.

Heal Decay should made to effect all non healing powersets, the heals from an ally, and inspirations.
  2. The forums in general are scary to a new player. People just get in too big of a rush and will not take the time to actually read/learn.

I forsee this being the biggest problem. Even though this thread says "PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING" you will still have people posting however they want. You already have 3 out of 5 threads that have been posted differently then what was provided as the format. Of the 2 that i've seen actually look accurate they are still off. I don't know how they can screw up such a simple task...

I like the idea but it seems like it is going to take more control then it is worth. I would follow what someone else mentioned, place the AT sections as a subforum for this or simply split the AT sections in to Builds and Advice/General under each AT.

    Example:
    Scrappers
    - Builds
    - Gameplay/General
  3. 1. -Kinetic Melee is very popular due to its T9 dishing out high dmg.
-Sheild Defense was pretty popular for awhile but i personally havent seen much lately.
-Electric Control, Beam, Time, Dual Pistols are not overly abundant but you may see them on occasion.
-Street Justice was just released so give it alittle more time and we'll know how well it may be.

    2. Still alot of them being used.
-Blasters are mostly /EM as you mentioned.
-Regen is still melee AT of choice it seems.
-Emps/Kins i've yet to see but i'm just returning from a break myself.
-Favored incarnates seem to be Cardiac,Reactive Interface,Pyronic/Ion Judgement, and Rebirth Destiny. Since Lore pets die when you do i don't seem them often. When i do i see Storm Elementals mainly.

All of this is just from my perspective.
  4. Yes, Sorry i havent caught you online yet. Work has kept me busy and i needed to catch up on some Zzz's. I will look for you next time i'm on. 6-7 hrs still left at work... x_x
  5. What rules will be in place?

I probably wont be much of a fight but i have a dark/cold i can throw out there and play around with.

The PvP boards are being merged. It will not matter where you post anymore since it is just going to become a big cluster..... Kind of stupid IMO since there should still remain a seperate section for only builds.

I'd try and find an extra slot and put it in Rad Infection with Achilles' Heel: Chance for Resistance.

I have corr with the same primary/secondary and the combo is just lovely. I've provided evidence of how great it is to my SG and now 95% of them have one for raiding.

    The attack chain i do:
Rad Infection > Enervating Field > Build Up > Lingering Raditation > Shout > Scream/Shout

I just repeat those three blasts until build up and lingering radation are up. I have them set with very similar recharge so the attack chain is constant. The biggest difference between what i do and what you will probably do is i hover just out of melee range of my target. Just over their heads so they run around in circles trying to get close but not close enough to be able to hit me. You will probably have to jump around a bit... or you web cacoon them and stay above them..

I don't think it can be said any better. You hit virtually everthing and covered it well. Even if any of us could provide a complete guide to everything in the game it wouldnt do any good. Experience is key.

Below are links to info regarding binds and macros. If you cant figure it out ask and i'm sure someone will be happy to assist you in making your desired bind/macro.

VIA the Paragon Market this can be unlocked. However it appears to cost 160 points per 30 days. IMO it would not be worth it starting out. Takes a long time to learn what it is and by the time you've learned it it would be over. I suggest learning it on the side if you ever feel like you want to bump up your account and Sub or spend the money on points.
  10. In case you have not read this, it is from another thread:

The -regen from time doesnt matter because of the rebirth power and the slows dont last long enough to stop your enemy from attacking constantly. The def buff from time only adds 3% because of DR and takes to long to activate. The pbaoe slow power reveals stalkers but doesnt inturrupt them from AS and the proc in it hardly triggers. All in all the set is a disappointment. The devs would need to fix slows and make the heal and def buff better considering the amount of animation time needed to use such powers, but we know that wont happin cause the devs dont care.
  11. I started a /Time Corr but with Mids holding off till Freedom launch it is taking me some time to get the slotting down. I'm currently working to input Time Manipulation in my own mids but i hit some snags that i need to take a closer look at.

Confused. Purchased the costume thinking it was permanent. The power is listed under "Tempory Powers" on my Power selection and states (from the information window): " This costume will let you dress up as a Pirate at any time for the next two weeks."

Convention code costumes, which are permanent, are listed under Inherent Powers.
That looks like the details for the halloween pirate outfit. Might not be updated.
  13. I believe I misunderstood the question. I believe I was thinking overall build and not primary but I could possible still be correct since each set offers different effects. If you are only looking at the blast pools then hemmingway is correct in my opinion. However with certain secondaries other blast sets may be just as good. Sonic and Psy are my personal preference overall. Psy has a variety of tricks while sonic has the increasing dmg.

Note: My corrs are the following..
    Sonic/Rad
    Dark/Cold
    Psy/Time
    Elec/Therm

Zone, Arena, or Both? I don't believe you'll find many that are very good in both in my opnion.
  15. No. I still use a corruptor when i PvP and i know others who do as well. Used more in Arena now probably..

    ok listen...

It's irrelevent. This thread was about Hamidon. All i see in this thread are children going back and forth calling each other out and pointing fingers. This thread is better off locked and/or trashed (might look in to it). This crap happens. Get over it. People "should" have the decency to not pull this but oh well. Dare i say it, it's just a game.

It can be associated with a CoX. TA is NOT the only SG that uses this term and it is not used only by new players.

    Guild
    –noun
    1. an organization of persons with related interests, goals, etc., especially one formed for mutual aid or protection.
  18. Did this die out already? I honestly forgot about it because i have been distracted lately. <3

Me and my friend Ger used to duo the MoITF. ^_^ It's a real challenge and fun.

    Mind/Earth?

Mind/Earth is a very good combo. My SG mate solo'ed the LRSF with it. Took 9ish hours (breaks included) and a shivan in the very end but he was determined and succeeded.
  21. I highly recommend Mu Mastery be considered for any stormy. It has power sink and conserve power. That way it is still a "thunder" god. Slotted right you could do without the end reduction alpha. I've debated this build before but decided my storm/dark will be the only stormy for me. ^_^
  22. Badges are:
    1. Hero: Assistant - Villain: Accomplice
You helped a team complete a Weekly Strike Target even though you already received the bonus for the week.
    2. Hero: Backup - Villain: Confederate
You helped 10 teams complete a Weekly Strike Target even though you already received the bonus for the week.
    3. Hero: Partner - Villain: Conspirator
You helped 50 teams complete a Weekly Strike Target even though you already received the bonus for the week.
