Your build appears to be......."sub par".
You seem to lack some things that most blasters find "necessary". First thing I see is a lack of money. :+)
Even if you are on a budget, you can improve this build.
Try and bump up your damage bonus more. A lot more.
Get more procs in your attacks. As many as you can afford/fit without sacrificing any "base" damage.
More HP's. More, more, more.
Maybe more recharge too?
Not too sure the fighting Pool is allowing you to get the most out of your build.....consider other options?
Health really only needs to have the miracle+recov and the numina +regen/recov. Rest of those slots can be allocated elsewhere without seeing any real dip in performance.
For stamina....I would recommend using 4 performance shifters, one of them being the +end unique.
Phase shift should only need the original slot it gets, don't waste the extra two slots on it. Put them somewhere else.
You SEVERELY lack KB protection. Find a way to get over 41pts of KB protection. This will be enough to overcome "most" of whats out there, but not all. Acro alone doesn't cut it....
Sets to Eliminate from this build unless you absolutely need them for the bonuses:

Adjusted targeting
Efficacy Adapter
Winters Gift
Crushing Impact

That should keep you busy for a while.....

i was actually aiming to get some nice def, but i start thinking that it doenst make so much sense for a blaster.

for the sets: i´m not using purple sets because, like you said it, don´t have the cash

That's not actually true, but he means that you should not build for it. It is difficult to get a meaningful amount of defense on a blaster, and even if you do get it, to-hit buffs (such as Aim) will mostly nullify your defense. About the only time defense will be effective on a blaster is if you have a lot of it (PFF) and your foe does not have to-hit buffs, or is to-hit debuffed. Even then, they may still hit you about 30-60% of the time depending on their Accuracy bonuses.

Played with nrg/nrg in Mid's while snacking after work and made some changes to your build. Keep in mind I have never played an nrg/nrg blaster and cannot even claim to have made one before. I haven't a clue as to how they truly play, but I believe this build will make you more survivable than the ones you have above.

I tried hard to keep in mind that you are on a budget....I'm spoiled so that was difficult and may have splurged in a few spots. This build is not great. Great usually takes a whole lot of money. So I just tried to keep you covered on some of the basics like KB, HP's, & Dmg without spending too freely.
Anyone who actually has experience with nrg/nrg can feel free to improve on the budget build I'm proposing here. As stated....0 experience playing this toon, but I believe this build, at the very least, can be enough to annoy people.

I got bored, here's a build I threw together in like 5 minutes this morning... Only real issue is it's going to have end issues, but you can fix it easy with Cardiac now. It's a cheap build, you could definitely make the build better with some PvP IOs and purple sets. Let me know if the data link doesn't work for some reason. Oh, also, you can do without Task Force Commander in this build, you should still have capped HP without it.

I used Flame Mast in the build for 2 reasons: Char will help your damage a bit, and will also give you a dedicated mez if you need to detoggle a Rad or something. Mostly because Char does good damage though.

why? it is the higest dmg attack, gives very good set bonuses, fits in without losing a necessary power....the cast time is long but u can usually get a snipe or two.

It doesn't matter what you take in place of it, you won't be using it. You will use Sniper Blast more than Total Focus, which is the only other attack I would consider putting in there. All it is is a set bonus dump.

If you don't like the build don't use it, I wasn't going to help you in the first place, but felt generous and bored at the same time. That build is far better than either of your 2 build ideas, Sniper Blast or not.

There's literally nothing you could take instead of that, that would be for anything more than a set bonus dump... And at least there are some times you can use Snipe. Total Focus is something you will never use, if you know how to play a Blaster.

@velo... it´s just, that the only differences are that my recharge is much higher, my tp are 0,1 until cap, my acc is 7% higher and my knockback protection is 1 (!!! xD) point higher ... BUt i addmit that my damage is 12% less than yours! So i cant see why this isnt playable.. snipe just sucks in zone and even more in arena. and i loveee total ******* focus
