If you are using TF or Sniper Blast without a very good reason you're probably bad. TF was okay on Blasters pre-I13 when it actually did damage and on Defenders if you were something like Rad/Son and had lots and lots of stacked -res, but these days it's pretty much garbage.
Don't come in here asking for help and then disregard everyone's suggestions because you think you're better than that, because that's one of the best ways to get no help.

i never said i would use sniper blast... you should not say things i never wrote 
concerning total focus, it's still better than bone smasher, power push etc ( i'm so sorry that engery/ energy is so full of aweful powers :P )
and i appreciate everyones help here. i posted this build to get help, and not for hearing HOW awful everthing is. i respect your advices, but you need to be tolerant with me, it's still me playing that toon

Ok Mr. Titano. I'm the forum nice guy, but check it out. You're being an ******. Kat's build was far superior to yours. No disrespect to you, but that's the fact of it. If you're using TF regularly you're doing it wrong, even if it's just as a finishing attack. You are losing damage using a long animation melee power and would be far better off cycling your base ranged attacks.
You'd be wise to listen to the advice of those that have been doing this for a looong time and no what works and what doesn't.
And I've seen snipe spikes that would make you mess your overalls. Just sayin.

Anyways, it's an NRG/EM blaster, that in and of itself is lol worthy. The fact that you are concerned about optimizing an NRG/EM build, but refusing to accept any of our feedback beyond arguing with it, is even funnier.

In order to keep you happy, i will seriously try snipe blaster. When it gets on my nerves, or i can´t handle it, i will switch it to something else. Even if my bonuses don´t fill 6 to 9 pages in an character description. When ( after all the years i didn´t use that power) i can play with it, i stays in.

You are wrong again. Synonymously, you are proven to be ignorant again. (It's ironic how many people are ignorant of the meaning of the word ignorant)
Aside from that, you seem to be looking for powers that are fun, not powers that are good. If that is the case, go ahead and pick Total Focus (but don't be surprised when you die every time you use it around enemies that are even semi-knowledgeable).
Otherwise, stop pretending like you are not wrong, accept that you are wrong, take the advice of those who are right, get better.

i probably played energy/energy blaster much more often in arena than most( i do not know if you played one, and any other blaster does not count HERE)... no one uses sniper blast... because 1.) it´s slooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww 2.) i definitfly get killed in that animation time 3.) it´s slooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww 4.) total focus is much cooler as finishing power
