    Shield Police

What's up with shield police these days? Haven't been logging as much time on Cowgirl Authority as I had hoped, so I'm sort of out of the loop atm.

  3. I might have something to do on $th december. Not sure yet.

    Wow, 24% psi def

    [/ QUOTE ]

I meant "defense" as opposed to "offense", not opposed to "resistance"
  5. *mumbles*

People and their generalizing about fire tanks being more offensive than defensive... *mumble*

(no, nothing actually to offer the thread about darks or WP, just pointing out that fire is not all that bad numbers-wise when done with the defense in mind)

That would add a new gameplay variant to ranged ATs, rather than simply being yet another lethal damage set.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That's pretty much the best point about Dual Pistols I've heard through these arguments, summarized. DP, while thematically cool, would have to have some significantly different mechanics from AR and Archery. I'm already a bit annoyed at Archery for being Assault Rifle 2: The Electric Bogaloo when it comes to mechanics. Having yet another set that does pretty much the same would not be cool.
  7. Dark probably would die first if you did nothing, since Dark Regen is one of the things that makes Dark god/good.

    Storm/?

/Psi or /Energy for maximized knockback.
  9. /unsigned

You've been rewarded already with the old mechanics for those

Nathan Fillion, a really big tub of belgian chocolate icecream

    [/ QUOTE ]

Read that as "Nathan Fillion in a really big tub of belgian chocolate icecream"

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  11. Graphics upgrade and some content that had challenge and a need for actual co-operation and tactics.

Wouldn't mind the Devs completely abandoning the idea of co-operative zones and switch focus on zones like Ourb that are shared, but separate.

    b) Imperious really doesn't remind me too much of Statesman, even with the faceplate.

    [/ QUOTE ]

They're identical when it comes to their powers and very alike in looks. They even share the same signature attack (pbaoe lightning storm thingamob)

    Which Server?

Unlike the rest of the cool kids, I play on Union.
  14. I didn't tell you anything!

Oh! Another one of these threads...how exciting

    [/ QUOTE ]

Aye, you get one of these about once a week. Weekend, another name for "let's up the postcount by posting the things we always post"

    Union "Legends"

Yeah, he posted a few posts before me, which inspired me to say that

Was Purg the one who pulled GMs to the hamiraids because people were annoyed at it?
  18. Hmm, well, it's not really a question of fire as concept. It's the "damage dealing over damage mitigation" as a concept. Fire just fits that better than the others. Switching Melt Armor to Fire Blast might work if I ever get round to getting Purple sets into it to make it worth the effort with just 4 slots.

Pity it's arena and not zonal

    [/ QUOTE ]

Zones are broken, aren't they. They have the arena mechanics, but none of the zone improvements up, right?

there is so many ways you could creat weird and wonderful story arcs round his antics but i am almost chokeing as i say this incredible pyro was a legend probibly for all the wrong reasons but dosnt change the fact everybody new him even the people that never met him new who he was at the tine

    [/ QUOTE ]

True. We just need to be glad that he's gone for good and never ever coming back.
  21. Hmm, taking a better look at the numbers makes me think the same now. Hmm. What would you get with the slots available...?
  22. Coldest War,
    Jack Crowle,
    Cowgirl Authority

War's had the most change in the songs I've used for him over the years, but I must say that one still fits him the best. Stuck between east and the west, commercialism and his old ideals. It's just a perfect fit. Crowle could have any of the VP songs as his theme, but that one seems most appropriate these days. And Cowgirl Authority's still looking for her fugitive. Probably for a long while.
