The Shadow Shard Reflections is a faction in City of Heroes that inhabits the Shadow Shard. They were created by Uuralur the Mirror, who presides over the Garden of Memories. The beings that reside there are reflections of the worlds that Rularuu has consumed, though it is unclear whether he created them out of remorse or amusement. Uuralur has organized many of these reflections into a guard force that patrols the area and keeps the remaining reflections in check.

Heal badges aren't currently awarded for self-heals. Fact for all self-heal powers. If I had to guess why is that self-heals are too easy to abuse for getting the badge without actual effort and/or that the self-heal code somehow interacts with the regeneration code making regen count towards the badge if self-heal was part of it.

Well, such is the balance of life. Some days you get good news and some days you get bad ones. In the end I guess things balance out. Today seems to be one when you get one and not the other. Welcome back - have you considered teaming up with GG on Defiant so he can bask more with you going away and coming back?

from pve standpoint - the biggest issue I have with it is the lack of a taunt aura and a proper heal. Defenses can be soft-capped these days with ease, so they're no-longer the issue they used to be.

There were some dialog touch-up in other missions/TFs as well. Can't remember which ones though.
