Intro to Ouroboros is a 25+ mission arc.

However you personally can't start a flashback with a base's Pillar of Ice & Flame unless you are entrusted with the secret. You can get someone else to run a low level mission arc or badge mission flashback (negotiator is my favourite for this), at which point you'll get the Portal Power, but not the Entrusted with the Secret badge. Before the head start, you need to be at least 25 to use the power though. After, you can use it at level 14.

You get to choose which characters take the 2 global slots opened (or more depending on past/future character slot purchases + previous vet rewards + previous offers like having Going Rogue before the headstart).

Epic Archetypes (Hero or Villain) on a Premium Account: You have to buy access to those characters before you have assign a global slot to that character. The current price guide lists each EAT at 1,000 Paragon Points - separately. So if you want a PB and WS you'll have to spend 2,000 Paragon Points.

Controllers and Master Minds on a Premium Account: If you don't have the 5th Reward Tier filled, you'll have to unlock access before being able to assign a global character slot to that character. The current price guide lists each as 1,200 Paragon Points. You don't get those point refunded if you buy them early then fill the 5th Reward Tier.

Not related to the color, but in February 2005, they had a buddy code give-away that new players could use instead of a retail purchase of CoH to start an account (15 days free, could continue to subscribe without a retail box).

After 20 attempts, we isolated the "Green Stuff" badge and started sending people away from the area.

After a few frustrating weeks, I've stopped leading badge groups for Keyes (not last weekend, probably not this weekend) for a bit. I'll resume later though. Even when I resume, I'm going to ask most of the league to stay away from the AM fight. I'll probably ask some people to play decoy outside, and ask a few people to stay in the Hospital.

I'll not try for both LaC and AtGS in the same run, not with the teams I can get.

If the button isn't pressed, then the game sends the next wave when the previous wave fails to call in.

Only allow the button to be pressed when all the attackers are dead.

As much as a barrier compared to not being able to play the character at all? That is what it comes down to.

A suggestion: the game accepts Paypal. With it you should be able to send your friend money to their Paypal account (or make a paypal account where you deposit money and give them access to it). With that, they can buy the points directly.

I have mine set to 100.

I got the Empath badge on my Ice/FF character. Took about 2 weeks thanks to crashing every 3 hours. Would have got it in a week if that didn't happen.

I'm looking at it from the perspective that what you have said could be interpreted in different ways depending on when a reader reads it.

Reading it -right now-, what you wrote is correct (and I've said so).

However, the nitpicky part is what happens in a few days from now if someone reads it. You can say that everyone that is subscribing at this moment is a VIP, and some player has his/her account expire tomorrow expects they will be a VIP when freedom hits (without resubscribing). Yes, this is assuming some players are challenged in their logic. Given the numerous threads of this type over the last few months, I don't think that it is a bad assumption though.
