When Issue 21 goes live you may be able to purchase it in the Paragon Market.

Purchase the Good versus Evil version on any other website, or in a brick-and-mortar store.

It's currently not available on the Paragon Market in beta, but not everything is showing there yet so can't say definitively.

EDIT: Since providing a direct link might be against forum rules, I'll just say: Go to eBay and search for "City of Heroes Good Versus Evil."

Actually, I'd advise against that. We're close enough to CoH:F now that I'd give it a few few days and see if it's available on the Paragon Store. The problem with getting it off of eBay is that you run the serious risk of being scammed--buying a copy of the game that has a code that's already used. I'm almost 100% sure that they'll provide some way to obtain the various "goody packs" that have in the past been available in the packaged editions on the Paragon Store.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
(If you love this game as much as I do, please read that post.)

Probably. The PD teleporter and several other "goody pack" items aren't on the current store in beta, but they're obviously going to go crazy adding stuff once it goes live. My suggestion was in case the OP didn't want to wait. I do a lot of shopping (and selling) on eBay, including games and other software, and I've never once been scammed by someone with a good and high feedback rating. If it's listed as new and sealed by a seller with a high feedback rating, it should be fine.

Why get it from eBay? You can get it new from Amazon for $5 plus another $5 or so shipping.

I always considered it a useless power, as opposed to the jetpack, especially after they introduced the ourobouros portal, buy now that iTrials start in PD I can't live without it

It comes in handy sometimes. Especially on task forces that have you traveling all over creation, it's possible to cut out time using it. Besides, it goes to zones not directly reachable by the Ouroboros portal, like Kings Row. It's not so useful that it's a must-have by any stretch, but there have been a few instances where I've been like, "Aw, I've got to run all the way to— Oh wait, I can just using my Pocket Teleport..."

It's also an instant "go to tailor" button, although with trainers becoming tailors in I21 this will be slightly less important.

I rarely use it for travel shortcuts nowadays, except for maybe faultline.

For Talos and Founders, ouro is faster. For KR, Wents teleporter is faster and avoids the extra zone transfer. Even low level i'll usually prefer an SG base port just because it's less travel distance.

Ditto for redside, Ouro or Black Market teleporter gets me where I'm going quicker.

It's invaluable for quick tailor access though (at least until I21). And of course the inevitable visit to the bird to turn off the mystic fortune prompt.

I would think it's invaluable for rogues/vigilantes needing to travel as well.

Thank you, Champion.

When buying from Amazon be very careful. Only buy a game if it has these important words advertised by the seller.

BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED.
