Yeah if you really can't decide the default is always Musculature, more damage is always a nice thing.

Quote:-all- street sweeping missions? That seems a bit excessive, they're not that bad, even if they are just filler missions. I'd just prefer to see them toned down a bit late game where you're getting the 50-65 requirements.I would like to see the old arcs all cleaned up first simply by
1. making all missions spawn in the same zone as the contact
2. eliminate all street sweeping missions (defeat 10 CoT in KR, etc)
leave us with just the door missions and avoid the running - they might not be great, but the experience would be vastly better at what should be very little dev effort per arc -
I still completely don't understand where this attitude of "WHY AREN'T YOU WOW'ING ME TO GET MY MONEY EVERY SINGLE WEEK" comes from. Before it was 'stuff is coming out too fast, I don't have enough money, stoooooop" and now when we get the quiet lulls it's this.

Plant summoning, the minions are shrubbery.

Psyche's Epic pool choice is the exclusive 'Bust Distraction', a form of control set. You figure it out.

Snapped up the barbarian pack this morning. Looking forward to the new stuff, but I like the sales too. And the Who Will Die volume pack is a good deal for prems, given the individual cost of the eps.
-
Actually a discount on the Barbarian set is pretty rad, I've been waiting for it to go on sale.

They said there wouldn't be a completely new item -every- week, but they would try to offer good stuff every week.
And the SSA is supposed to go live next tuesday. -
Oh oops, I completely misunderstood the description then, I thought it required a dead body to work, not that the rez was incidental. Very good to know then.

Quote:The underground trial follows up what happens with the Praetorian Vanessa DeVore, the MoM trial gives you updates on Praetor Tilman, Aurora Borealis, Calvin Scott, and Penelope Yin.The writing in the First Ward arcs was outstanding, successfully giving me the creeps more than once during the whole story. I felt the ending was both abrupt and incomplete, and I believe that the MoM trial is supposed to continue the story of at least one person involved in the First Ward arcs and give us more information on what happens to her.

The Incarnate Storyline is basically going to end up with beating the snot out of Cole, then beating the snot out of Hamidon once Cole's empire crumbles and everyone realizes that Cole's evil system was the only thing stopping the Devouring Earth from steamrolling Praetoria.
-
Yeah, everyone is generally right. Praetoria tries to be a 'morally grey all over' with a heavy side of f'ed up.
if you want the 'least evil' paths, the 'Responsibility' storyline for the Loyalists and the Warden storyline for the Resistance are both more heroic, where you're generally concerned with protecting the people more than your own personal gain or getting at the empire at any cost. For the most part you won't feel too dirty, up until the moral choice missions, which tend to throw you a curveball in that staying on the path you're on will make you feel bad.
as for the Praetors themselves... they do flesh them out as characters and show that they're not all 100% evil, like Marauder and his girlfriend Cleopatra or Anti-Matter actually being sorta committed to his job protecting people. On the other hand, some of the others it -really- highlights how downright insane, careless, and cruel they can be (Tilman and Berry come to mind).
And.. well, even Tyrant once you understand the whole situation with Hamidon doesn't seem quite as evil. I mean the whole thing is pretty horrific, but you can understand his logic, since his options were essentially snuff out free will or lose the world to Hamidon. -
You'll want to slot your heal (Twilight Grasp) with at least 1 Accuracy enhancement, because it's based on accuracy. You target a foe and they'll be hit with a -to hit effect while you get a heal. However, if you miss, you don't heal, not fun when you need it.
Also, Tar patch, take it. It's a -golden- power to drop on a mob before you let loose your attacks, it will slow every enemy in the patch and give them a resistance debuff, which means your attacks will do more damage.
You can also skip Howling Twilight and Black Hole without too much worry. Unless you plan to team a lot, the resurrection is just useless solo and even with a team very niche, relying on A) your teammate not reviving some other way or going to the hospital and B) having an enemy to target. Black Hole is an intagbility power and... well you're just better off using something that can more actively kill your enemy or lock/debuff them down (and then let you kill them). -

Even if the next primary -isn't- a beast set, I think it's safe to say that one is certainly in the works somewhere down the line, given the requests for it and the buzz of excitement when the 4-legger model was first introduced.
I'd be pretty jazzed by a critter MM set, depending on what it is. I'd really love a wolf style theme, but I'm curious what they might come up with. -

We get them periodically, unfortunately since Paragon is a small studio and the game code is... let's say "special" being handed along to so many different devs in its time, that they really can't promise too many features ahead of time for fear that they won't work as promised or they simply won't come out. Players react very negatively when promises don't come true, and will often harp on the devs repeatedly for missed deadlines even when the deadlines are presented with caveats.
So, as aggravating as it is, they just don't tell us because we string them up worse when they do and bad things happen. We do get fairly frequent updates on what's coming down the line and what's planned and the devs are pretty good about hopping into the forums personally, and we have community leaders like Zwillinger to act as company liaisons and give us the heads up on a lot of stuff. it's there, it's just not as straightforward as it could be oftentimes. -
Yeah this is probably one of the game's failings is properly documenting what this stat does. It's actually fairly simple to understand but it kind of takes extra reading to find and 'get it', because, yeah, a lot of people miss out on what it does and don't get why the bonuses are so 'low'.

Quote:Yeah, I vote awesome.I can kind of see why you wouldn't be able to attack stuff in coyote form. Just imagine a coyote running around with a titan weapon clenched in its jaws, jumping up in the air "little mac" style to smack people around with it.
No, wait. That would actually be awesome.
