  1. Matches my experience.

I have gotten many more of these temp power recipes than ever before--not just the new ones.

Not very conducive to making Inf if you ask me.
I must have forgotten a comma or something in there.

One can farm for purples in Ouro arcs that give merits.
  3. I farm AE arc # 1012 for Purples
  4. There are ways to farm Ouro arcs that give merits for purples.

No need to compromise or choose if you don't want to.

    I forget.
Salvage and recipes were stack purchasable previously
  6. I am sorry to hear that. I may have lost a few million then.

If that is true, it puts the brakes on recipe flipping I s'pose
  7. Bidding for inspirations I found out that the stack purchase is borked. I bought 10 inspirations but only received one when I pressed the get button. I was able to duplicate the problem 3 more times.

  8. Set Bonuses and Exemplaring

When a character exemplars down to a lower level access to set bonuses (and Global IOs that function as set bonuses) is based on the level of the IO and not the power they are slotted in. Exemplaring more than three levels below the level of the IOs renders the set bonuses non-functional. However as long as the character does not exemplar more than three levels below the level of the IO the set bonuses are retained even if the power they are slotted in is unavailable.
Very Rare IOs and PvP IOs are exempt from this rule, the set bonuses function regardless of what level the character is exemplared to.

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Table_of_Special_IOs

Globals are Special IOs that act like Set Bonuses in that they are always on even if the power isn't activated and even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring! However, the one thing that will shut off a Global IO is exemplaring more than three levels under the level of that Global IO. If the Global is from a PvP Set, then it is excepted from the under-exemplaring rule and will never shut off from exemplaring.
Procs require the power they are in to be activated in order to work. In a click power, they go off once with every click. In a passive power or active toggle, they continuously pulse on once every 10 seconds per target. Certain pseudo-pet powers will inherit the proc and if they fire off for a set duration, the Proc has a chance to pulse several times (once every 10 seconds) during that period.
    • Procs which are labeled Proc120s will continue to be active for 120 seconds after the power is shut off.
    • Obviously, if you are exemplaring and the power the Proc is in is greyed out, then you can't get the benefit of the Proc. However, the upside of Procs is that they continue to work even if you exemplar way below their level. E.g., a level 50 Stealth in Sprint will work even if exemplared to level 10.

*I can still imagine taking something across because you just can't find it on the other side.
Why go through the switch when you can just email it to yourself and pick it up an w/e toon?

Is this correct, or have I missed something important
    You have missed something important.
As Aggelakis pointed out, sometimes, depending on the size of the enhancement's benefit, there is no scaling done despite the level of teh toon and the level that it mals down to.
And, since an enhancement's level affects the size of its benefit, the level of the enhancement does indeed have an effect.
This is why frankenslotting can be a good bet for a high level toon who plays lower level content--the benefits of triples and quads are in smaller increments and thus they aren't as likely to hit the scaling threshold as a full IO or SO.
  11. There could also be a an element of barter involved.

I have gotten some in regular mishes and SFs too. So far, I haven't gotten any from an AE arc that was not a Devs Choice arc.

Try in safe mode if you simply must delete them.

    Redside purples

When I feel like getting Purps, I solo some AE arcs until I get one. Sometimes it takes me a few days running @ +1 x8 to get a Purp. Sometimes I get two in a night.

@ -1 and +0 I get too many lvl 49 and 48 recipes that aren't quite worth the increased speed (or so it feels). So I bump it up to +1.

I forget what the kill to Purp ratio is. It seems I heard 1500:1, 5000:1, and 15000:1.
I'm pretty sure it's not 15000:1. But I haven't kept track well enough to distinguish between 1500:1 and 5000:1.

I don't sell them though. I "hoard". I see them as an investment. They keep their value despite inflation. When I get ready to spend some money, I sell some Purps and buy what I want. In the mean time I am filling my storage.
One day I will sell enough at once to get my ebil monocle rights.
Would a screenshot of a full enhancement tray of Purps be enough to gain admittance to the ebil club?
  15. I as in some crazy map last night that took me to different maps every time I went through a door or into an elevator. From caves to office to outdoors.
  16. I have an EM with a Pounding Slugfest stun proc in brawl. Obviously, it's not so much for the damage. With my global recharge, it would be possible for the stun proc to stack on itself if it stacked and if it hit and fired every 5 shots like clockwork.
As is, it's an additional mag 2 to stun sometimes for investing one slot. In the other slot I have the Bonesnap Acc/Rechg.

This seems to be the 'max' damage effect possible for brawl:

  17. hurdle is faster, but swift is fast enough

~49mph with swift(w/ run enhnc) and sprint(w/ end red)
~52mph with swift(w/ run enhnc) and sprint(w/ run enhnc)
    ~60mph w/ hurdle(w/ jump enhc)

  19. Have you played it yet?

    How's the end consumption?
  20. I am looking for a level 28 Eradication Acc/Dam/End/Rech Red side.

I have bids up at the Black Market for the recipe and the crafted enhancement. The enhancement bid is higher than the recipe bid.

Alternatively, you may pm me in the forum. The toon it goes to is on Freedom if it's an outside of BM exchange.
