I ran all missions as kill-alls on a scrapper and still ran out of mishes.
you need to go to one of the other contacts you haven't already spoken to for a mish. You'll have to go to the wiki to find out where they are.
I think it should be more clear in game. -

So what I do when I list is decide what the 'going price' is and then list for one bid creep increment (whatever I decide that is) less than the going price + plus 99.
For example, if I think the going price for an item is 100mil, I might list it for 90,000,099 if I think that the bid creep increment is 10mil. That way I get it in under as many other sellers as I can, but still FEEL likely to get the full 100mil from a buyer rather than having to settle for 90mil. -

In that case there is a random (but consistent) order to award the sale.
I'd presume the same is true from the listing standpoint (ie. 3 guys listing for 1 inf)
but the basic rule of thumb is Highest Bid matches against Lowest List with
a pseudo-random process to decide ties.
When I bid for multiple stacks of ten, they fill a little off of one stack and little off of another instead of clearing out each bid one by one. So I have to go back in and clear out all bids that are now for less than 10 items and then re-list with a full bid for 10 items. -

I don't know what to tell you. But I have two different passwords currently and have had two different passwords for a while.
The process should be more straightforward and better explained obviously -
