Level 19 praetorian, ran out of missions. Bug?

I've been playing my new character through the Loyalist mission arcs. I just finished Anti-Matter's arc, completed the final Loyalist choice mission involving Interrogator Kang, and... no new contacts. All of my contacts are inactive now. Is this working as intended? I played another character through the Resistance arcs, and that character was lvl 21 by the time I finished them. I know that I don't receive the mission to travel to Primal Earth until lvl 20 and it seems odd that I wouldn't be given enough missions to get there. Has anyone else run out of contacts before level 20?

First off, great choice in sig.. Love that band... Have the star man from 2112 on my arm...

But that could just be luck of the draw between extra XP and any teaming you may have done that had you finish up early. Same thing happened to me on one toon where I had to streetsweep till I found a team for the last few bubs of 19.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

What flavour character are you? Stalkers can miss out on XP by not killing their way through and end up short.

I actually had the opposite., I had to switch off xp so I didn't outlevel any of the Loyalists on the way

I ran all missions as kill-alls on a scrapper and still ran out of mishes.

you need to go to one of the other contacts you haven't already spoken to for a mish. You'll have to go to the wiki to find out where they are.

I think it should be more clear in game.

Have you done both of the Resistance contacts and Herzfold up to Neuron as well?
If you don't go undercover you can run out of arcs.
I had to switch sides before Herzfold would talk to my Resistance toon - there may be a similar issue with the Resistance contacts for Loyalists, others have been able to do Herzfold but not AM. I suspect that has more to do with AM and Neuron's relationship.

I just went straight Loyalist, no switching. Similarly, my previous character kept to the Resistance side. My current toon is a dominator; I didn't stealth anything, in fact I restarted one mission filled with failed experiments just so I could defeat enough to earn the badge. I'll see if I can hunt down some unlisted contacts.

Hello Intrinsic.

I appreciate that you want to keep all to one side. I'm not sure why the XP for loyalists is lower than for resistance. The only advice I can really offer you is that doing some resistance missions won't really affect your play. Both factions have a storyline that isn't exclusive to themselves.

I believe you can go talk to Aaron Walker and he'll appreciate the assistance without making you leave the Loyalists (not to mention being able to report some Resistance behavior to Provost Marchand).

As I said Herzfold is the other Loyalist starting contact for that level range - Herzford, Bobcat, Neuron so if you haven't done those you won't be breaking away from straight loyalist.

Oh and Herzford's arc is full of failed experiments!

The two Resistance paths can both be done by Loyalists under cover - no need to switch sides.

Actually, you can't do both, just one, and here's why: you have to be Resistance to get into the Resistance base to get at the second Resistance contact.
