It has happened (to me) before Inventions, so pre-I9, so it's been around a lot longer than i12. I lost access to making Khelds after some patch or another.

City_Life, learn to use the "edit" link instead of the "reply" link, or the Quick Reply box, if you're responding to yourself. Quit spamming.

Only like a percentage or two more than 50s. Basically like 52 SOs, multi-aspect. Worthless, really, but Hamis were the best out there and every percentage more was coveted.

The first Luminary was male, Kit Rafter. Luminary, as seen in game, is an android built by Positron, modeled after Kit's wife.

The Player's Guide to the Cities, which is kind of like a manual, but better.

Spelling Error hits you for 500 psychic damage!
CRIT! Spelling Error critically hits you for 500 psychic damage!
You die. -
Start your own thread and copy those over...you'll get better response. This is Syntax's thread, meaning your posts will get lost in the shuffle. Link to this thread in your post as a reference, if you like.

I like the basis of the idea but don't think it's really feasible. As with most player or user committees, it turns into a popularity contest and rarely does anything worthwhile get looked at or done. And believe me, having lived through this kind of drama repeatedly over the years at various websites, games, etc., I really don't want to bring that here.
EDIT: And a comment on the previous list of names: There is no way in ########### I would ever accept a user committee with P_P and B_I on it. -

There used to be back when Hamidon spawned as an AV with a level. Since they changed that a while back they only drop at level 50. The ones you see with buy histories are ones that people had acquired before the change. They are usually very expensive because there will never be any more of them than are currently circulating.
[/ QUOTE ]Nope. People used to exemplar down just prior to Hami going down, and they would get level 52 HOs. Devs changed it so that Hami only ever gives out level 50 HOs now, no matter the combat or security level. (As long as you are security level 47 or above. Level 45 and 46 characters cannot select HOs.) -
lol wut
No, removing 1/3 of the monthly fee brings (who was it that calculated it...Zombie_Man? BillZ? Hmmm, drawing a blank) CoH's seven-year(?) viability down to less than half. I'd rather see the whole run, thanks. -
Nope, only for subscriptions and NCsoft Store purchases.

Un-auto it, activate it manually, then re-auto it. It will function properly after that. Sometimes you will have to do it after every zone. Sometimes you'll only have to do it once. Sometimes you won't have to do it at all (I personally haven't had auto powers malfunction (yet))

Not the right forum, and unless you speak in coherent English, I cannot help you. :/

Yes. As long as it has a Visa logo, it'll accept whatever.
Unfortunately, the ingame store ONLY utilizes the credit card on file, so you MUST have SOME kind of credit card on file to do anything with it. -
Five-Star Folks (FSF) are neither evil, nor exploiting anything. FSF are utilizing the rating system as it was designed, gaining nothing extra from it. They're just gaming it, which is not against the rules.
There *IS* a problem with Zero-Star Folks (ZSF, including One-Star Folks, OSF), regardless of what you think. They, however, are not exploiting anything, just like the FSF aren't. They're just gaming the system. -
Report it in game with /petition. There's something goofy going on with the account management system and is erroneously giving away stuff to people who shouldn't be getting it.

Was the character actually level 5 (having trained up), or were they combat level 5 (haven't trained up)?

It happens on more patch updates than I'm comfortable with.
[/ QUOTE ] And in some cases, all it takes is scheduled maintenance...

Why isn't the account flag stored as a database entry? All it should take is one lvl 50 to flag that account. It shouldn't be based on the actual character being in existence past the initial point.
[/ QUOTE ] AFAWK it is stored exactly as you describe. And you are right, it shouldn't matter if we delete a character or not. We should still be flagged as ale to create Epic ATs. But somehow since i12, it seems to unflag for reasons we (players) don't know. They said they fixed it once and it seemed to go away, but it looks like it still pops up now and again (seems many i12 bugs have been coming back lately).
[/ QUOTE ]It's much older than I12. I lost Kheldian access once before we had IOs, so pre-I9. -
This is why whenever someone says they want to delete their level 50 character(s)...I always, always make sure to tell them this. If they delete their only level 50 of one or the other faction, they suffer the consequences if this were to happen.

You can only ever use one of each separate edition (CoH, CoH Collector's, CoV, CoV Collector's, GvE, Mac, AE).
-
You don't need a space. I never use spaces. (Quote for example).

Well, jeepers! I forgot about this thread entirely!
Since my piece by mainasha, I've gotten a few more:
Projectionist did this for his Advent calendar this past Christmas. I REALLY like her "don't piss me off" expression. Agge doesn't get drawn angry very much.
imagesbyalex did this for his "98 characters for 98 years" for his grandfather's birthday. I am always impressed by the sense of movement he puts in his work, even the simple sketches.
johnbecaro had a $7 sale, and I could NOT resist! I don't want to be whoever Agge is looking so peeved at.
Psygon's City of Cute version of Aggelakis! Beware, the adorableness may be too much to handle...your brain might explode into candy!
Hopefully in the next month or two, I'll scrounge up some more money for commissions. I'm jonesing, folks! The next commission might not even be of Aggelakis (gasp!)
