If I am reading you right, you are looking for Hall of Fame missions to get the badges associated with running them.
Unfortunately, Hall of Fame arcs do not stay that way for long due to the actions of the 0 & 1 star cartels that see fit to vote down any that make it there. When a HoF does make it, it is located on the default searching method under the Dev Choice arcs. Front page type of stuff.
Those badges are also going to be disappearing (with the exception of playing a single HoF arc, iirc) with Issue 15. Don't worry yourself about getting them.
