Does anyone know if the NCSoft store accepts Visa gift cards?
Yes. As long as it has a Visa logo, it'll accept whatever.
Unfortunately, the ingame store ONLY utilizes the credit card on file, so you MUST have SOME kind of credit card on file to do anything with it.

ah, so a Visa gift card will work if I add that as a credit card?
Does anyone know if there is a way to get server transfers without buying them off a credit card (which I don't have)? I've got a good one languishing on one server who I'd hate to give up on...
