5 Doctored wounds would be fine. I am personally going with 4 numina's and a doctored wound. I wanted the extra HP, Regen and Healing bonus more than the 5% recharge.
Energy Drain really only needs end mod in my oppinion, which means it gets 3 Perf Shifter IOs for more HP for me You are welcome to slot LotG in there as well. With Energy Drain hitting one target you get your starting hit of .75% defense + the .38%. Every other target hit will give .38% defense. So with defense slotting you can add 50ish percent to the enhancement value, making your first target give you (.75 +.38)*1.5 = 1.695% def as opposed to 1.13. (Math may be lacking) but needless to say, enhanceing that small of a number really isn't going to change the defense of the power by THAT much unless you are hitting the 10 target cap. ((.75+.38)+(.38*9))= 4.55*1.5= 6.825
In my opinion, that difference means I should pop slots into other powers, instead of trying to enhance that number. And yes, energy drain is auto hit. -
Only problem would be you would have to take 2 taunts (AoE and Single target) or a crappy fear power to get it.

Again... doesn't really matter. StJ doesn't really have meshing power. It's pretty good with any set. I would say if you want some extra damage, go SD (Not sure how the animations are changed with SD). Easy and cheap to soft-cap? SR. Tough in just about every content? Invuln or WP.

Spinning Strike seems to be similar to Thunder Strike from Elec Melee.

All electrical powers used to have a small % chance to give a small % of the drained endurance.
I did notice that the elec powers stopped doing that around the time that elec melee was ported to scrappers. -
The reactive proc was checking for the proc on every dot, on every target. They 'Fixed' it by only checking once every ten seconds like most procs should on rains and Damage Auras. However, once it 'hits' it stops checking, unlike procs.
The devs said that they realized they messed it up and it will be fixed. I believe it has been fixed since it first was 'fixed'. -
If only the believed scalar was true between survivablity and damage. Then the scale would look like this, from most survivable to most damage
Tanks->Brutes->Scrappers->Stalkers.
However, in terms of damage, it goes
Tanks->Stalkers->Brutes->Scrappers. :/
IMHO of course.
Stalkers should be Single Target kings with the amount of damage they can pump out, noting how low their HP cap is. -

I thought the imperv skin status protection was unique... when did that get changed?

Mid's is wrong with Scrappers Fire Ball numbers. Ball Lightning has higher damage.

About the fear. Not so much. Only minnions are effected by the fear, and not for too long. The real gem of using Cloak of Fear is it's -to hit. This effects all mobs, unlike Oppressive Gloom.

Why would you use Touch of Death Melee set? Energy Aura is a Typed defense set and Touch of Death is a Positional defense IO bonus.

The Stealth proc and Super speed are not Concealment powers. Thus Energy Cloak can stack with them.
Invisibility, Stealth, Grant Invis, Group Invis as well as some PBAoE toggles like Arctic Fog and the like do NOT stack, as well as any temporary costume powers, since these are concealment powers with a stealth rating of 0ft -
The best attack chain for DB is Ablating Strike->Blinding Feint->Ablating Strike->Sweeping Strike. Can put out around 215 dps.

Also, I want to let note that we are getting thrown a little because of the new Combat Attributes window. It used to update instantly, now it seems to update every 2-3 seconds.

Look at the recharge. Entropic Aura isn't even giving me the 'no targets in range' buff of 3.5% recharge.
I know when I first got Entropic Aura, I was getting a +recharge boost with no one in range. That's what the power is supposed to do isn't it? A base with extra added for each within range.
That's why there are two numbers in the power details. +5% and then a +3.5% -
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I don't even have Entropic Aura on my stat window...

Looks like what we really need is a red name stepping in and telling us how it is supposed to work. We are all getting different results it seems.

Gospel was saying that [Entropic Aura] suppresses when he is stealthed.
Similar to how Stalkers have suppressed Auras when hidden.
